[10.9 lb] Hard not to love this light. Nice and soft. Has decent power for its size, right through the gamut of light temperature. The only drawback is that it's a bit heavy -- might not be ideal for a travel light, and definitely not run and gun shooting.

[Proprietary] I found these the best bang for buck for my kind of shooting. I do a lot of corporate office shoots and these came in handy to just throw up in under 15 minutes. The light quality is good, as is the ability to match colour temperatures. The bag is large but really is meant to hold 3 heads so I see why. They aren't the brightest lights compared to an Aperture 120D but then again I'm getting two lights for the price of one 120D so there is that. The stands fold nice and compact and are just a hair short of where I would want them to be on occasion. That is a fair trade-off for portability. All in all, I like these lights and would buy again.

[50 W ] Very compact and easy setup. The case with all three is a bit of a beast. Have to workout more. At first start up, one of the lights flickered when I had both battery and line power connected. I turned unit off and removed the battery and then no flicker. So I replaced the battery and left the line power and so far no further problem with flicker. Must be care on installment of line power connector, if not fully seated, the light will not work. 

There is a small flicker when changing the brightness so don't expect to use these if you want to shoot a scene while caring the brightness.  

Other than that, they are great. Exactly what I needed. 

ie: Love the barn doors and ability to install a diffuser quickly.

[3200 to 5600K] I just received this light from an IKAN vendor I purchased from at NAB for 25% off. I did have a wait a little while since it was a prototype, but I just had a feeling it would be an amazing portable LED light. And I was right! So glad I made this decision! The option to use L-series batteries is SUPER helpful! For this documentary at the Hill Air Force Base we had to move fast going all over the Museum to get B-roll of all the planes and helicopters, and so when I told the director that I had a light that can run off batteries (because all of his do not and I was just his sound guy) and that I brought it just in case of no time to look for outlets. And boy he LOVED the light! Even the camera operator said he should purchase one! Very lightweight, decent throw, small, soft diffusion, and of course Bi-color! I will DEFINITELY buy this again!

[10.9 lb] I do a lot of commercial documentary style filmmaking out in Napa Valley for wineries. I also do real estate and wedding videography. A lot of run and gun. 
 
In most cases I am racing the clock with little time to shoot. Setting up and finding an outlet for my Arri lights wasnt practical for my style of filmmaking. This light is extremely mobile with the option of controlling the color temperature. I find my shooting location, pop it up and adjust the settings very quickly. It gives me exactly the extra POP that I need to keep my product looking professional. Battery last forever too!

For the price... I dont think you can beat this deal. Its a must for run and gun filmmakers.

[CRI 95] Flexible, easy to use lighting system. Absolutely worth the price.

[Proprietary] My lighting needs includes a battery powered (one-hour + on full-power) key-or-fill light that could be balanced with existing on-location light colors. I hoped the light would provide enough lumens for at least F4 aperture in a dark room at 20 feet and could be dimmed if needed. This light does all that - using my Sony FS7. I'll have to wait to see about battery life but I'm expecting at least one year. My rough color spread is from 3500K to 5500K and I wish the spread was more. But, the light fits my needs and I'm pleased with my purchase. Adding a second light would be helpful in a small number of situations. Experience is needed with the light to understand the color options but that's nothing new.
