[0.8 lb] We tried other fiber cables of this length that were not reliable. The other cables would worth 'most' of the time but occasionally would drop the connection or slow down. This cable was the answer to all our problems! Its fast and reliable 100%. Yes you can find something less expensive, but based on my experience it will likely not be reliable. You really do get what you pay for with this product, its excellent, fast and reliable. 5

[28 AWG] I've never actually had a major gig where I've needed this cable. For smaller venues I've used it for, very sturdy. Good tool to keep in the shed. 5

[28 AWG] Our needs were basic: run a 75' HDMI cable from a 4K TV to a conference table.� TV - Kramer Fiber HDMI - Keystone connector in conference table - copper HDMI to laptop.� This worked with a 1080p signal, but not 4k.�� The repeater solved our problems.� We now have the following and it works flawlessly:��TV - Kramer Fiber HDMI - Repeater in floor box - 6' copper HDMI - Keystone connector in conference table - copper HDMI to laptop. The biggest con is the size of the power brick.� Surely Kramer could source a smaller 5v power adapter. 5
