A: I have a Black Magic Production Camera. It barely fits the camera and rails. Not sure you can get the box or the lens in there. Because of the quality of the bag, there's not a play or stretch to be had.

A: Unfortunately it does not. Carry-On size tends to be 22 x 14 x 9" and this bag is well over that at 27.0 x 15.0 x 14.5".

You may be able to put a longer camera in the case, but it may not be as easy to put it and take it out, it could be a tight squeeze. The camBag 650 from camRade can hold a camera that is up to 25.6 long, it might be a better fit for you if your camera is 23 inches.
