A: The case does not close all the way so you can keep your strap on like normal and have the case protecting it at the same time!

A: Yes, I keep a haze filter on the the lens at all times and have no problems

[0.2 lb] I had a Fuji 100 S and went for the full lens front filter screw on version as I already had 49mm filters . It did extend the lens out though and made a semi compact camera slightly bigger . This nice piece of thin glass fits and sticks right on the hollow of the aperture leading to the camera lens glass . It sticks on readily , but don't be concerned if you reposition it , I did twice , picking the edge up with my finger nail . It re sticks quite well and stays and protects the lens front without any more protrusion for my 100 T . I like it better . And you get a very nice microfiber cloth to clean off the back screen , as my nose rubs it every time I use the view finder ( but I love the OVF for sure ) . New tricks for my new Fuji . 5
