[Silver] I'm using this in combination with a modeling light. I'm very pleased with the ease of setup out of the box as well as the quality of construction. Also went right on my modeling light without any need for an adapter (which of course is what I expected, but still a good thing). I don't have a lot of space, so I appreciate that this is fairly compact yet still offers enough coverage to get most of the body.

[3.15 lb] Not a $400 Octabox. In fact, I'm not sure why you would want to spend 10X what this one costs. Materials and Workmanship are good, I believe the Octabox you construct with a ring and rods will last longer than the umbrella type. This comes with an inner diffuser, an outer diffuser, a grid, and a carry case. I would strongly suggest looking at a YouTube video or two on assembly if you are not familiar with the process.

[Silver] I love the light diffusion from this softbox. Creates a great catch light in the subjects eyes. It requires assembly and disassembly which is time consuming and doesnt come with instructions, but I found a video online and was good to go. The build quality is superb and doesnt feel like its going to rip or break on you at any point.

[Yes] I've only used it for a day so far, but it seems fairly well-built for the price. The diffusion is pretty good. As an amateur, I think it's a good option. It is definitely not easy to tear down and put together, though, so I would only get it if you don't need to travel with it often.

As far as assembly goes, watch a you tube video or ten, it is simple and easy. I have no idea how you could break this putting it together or taking it apart.

[3.15 lb] I bought this softbox to have a relatively large one that remains somewhat portable when used with a AD400pro flashhead.
One needs to pay attention to balancing the weight-load properly, and be ready to use sandbags outdoor, but it meets my objective of it being relatively portable, and suitable for 3/4 portraits.
The quality of light appears fine to me, and I haven't detected hotspots. Looking forward to using it more again and again.

[Yes, Removable] Godox and B&H are an amazing team together!! The speed of the delievery and communication with B&H was impeccable. Godox created a affordable soild product. Like, any product in your aresenal you need to put this together before your shoot. Its hard because its so new and tight but it works. Go to YouTube and put in tutorial very simple setup just takes a little time. If you struggle with putting it to together just put it together before the shoot or get there 15 minutes early.
