Save space and reduce weight while organizing your gear to perfection with the TrekPak Divider Kit for Pelican 1605 Air Case. TrekPak uses pre-installed wall sections, divider panels, locking pins and tabs, and an easy-to-use cutting tool. Simply lay your gear in the case, measure and cut the divider sections, and lock them in place with the steel U-pins. The 7/16" thick divider sections are made of waterproof, closed-cell foam laminated to a rigid, corrugated plastic panel that resists tearing and shredding. The TrekPak is combined with 1" bottom foam and lid foam to give your gear 360° protection.

Your TrekPak Divider Kit includes two 27" dividers, two 19" dividers, two perimeter pieces, top and bottom foam, 30 pins and tabs, and a cutter tool.

A: The bottoms of the TrekPak Divider Kit for Pelican iM2100 Storm Case and the larger TrekPak divider design are not intended to be secured from the bottom using the locking pins. That being said, the connection points that the pins go into to connect the dividers together do go all the way through the dividers, so you could put pins in the bottoms if you wanted to.

[5 lb] I didn't use the divider kit in a Pelican case, but rather as an organizer for my camera gear in an existing drawer. The flexibility of the kit really allowed me to get everything exactly as I wanted. 5

[5 lb] I've used the trekpak system in 2 pelican cases now and I really like them. Good flexibility, not as thick as the velcro padded dividers, and no issues with the material flaking like the pick and pluck version. 5

[5 lb] Beautiful well-designed option over the Pic-A-Foam insert. Pin-and-Red-Flag system is ingenious. I adapted my 1525 Air Case to fit four Nikon DSLRs, grips, batteries and other accessories. Included cutting tool makes flawless trims on the panels. 5

[5 lb] After many configurations I was able to fit more than I ever thought I could in this carry on bag. For me it’s very important to have the most expensive items in my carry on instead of checked and for that reason maximizing the carry on space is an absolute must. I originally found out about this system after buying a camera second hand that had a pelican 1535 and this system. I couldn’t believe how many things I got into this bag and now since I got rid of the camera but kept the bag and bough another bag. Definitely, the best solution I have used and with a little planning you can fit almost everything you need in just the carry on. 5

[5 lb] I used the pluck foam first and it was pretty good, but it got torn up with a lot of use and I couldn't fit as much as I wanted into the case. I needed too much foam between items for proper protection. I then tried cutting my own 1.7# polyethylene foam sheets, which was OK , but not great. I still couldn't get the arrangement right. Then I spent the money for the TrekPak kit with 4 extra dividers and extra pins. I fit about 20% more items in te case, have a better layout without wasted space, and everything is well protected for travel and use (constantly moving things in and out of the case). It was expensive, but I'm very happy I finally did it. 5

[5 lb] TrekPak dividers are the best for me for all of my cases and gear, which includes photography equipment, my knife hobby and sharpeners. I will continue to use them. 5
