Dystopian Bass features 100 presets that include subterranean booms and subs, hits, drops, and rises. It works with the Output Substance bass engine. Compatibility with Native Instruments NKS (Native Kontrol Standard) requires Kontakt 5.6.6 or later.

The setup was very easy surprisingly. The base adds to the the movie experience and is driven nicely by the Smart Sounder 600. 5

My work requires me to lug around a few expensive basses. Lying them on their sides causes all kinds of mishaps. Dragging a big stand to onstage is a problem, especially when you need to get on and off quickly. The other portable stand I had was really iffy, and I never quite trusted it. The K&M folds up really small, and the matching bag makes it easy to throw in the trunk. On the gig, it's easy to set up and very stable. Only problem I have is getting the endpin into the cup, but that's just Operator Error, LOL! 5

I live in NYC and have larger cabs and heads. I got this little amp for being able to get on the subway without breaking my back. For the size, weight, and money this is a great little amp.for practice and low volume rehearsals. 5
