A: While it can fit in the shoe of the camera it is not designed for that camera and would not work well. The Fujifilm camera has a raised Hotshoe and the grip will be floating above the camera body. I would not suggest using this.

A: While your experience may depend on the size of your thumb and/or your hands, I have not found an issue reaching or accessing the rear control wheel while using the Match Technical EP-CL Thumbs Up Grip for Leica CL Camera.

A: It is not supposed to. This is intended only for the Leica M10.

Q: 9. Is this compatible with the Fujifilm XE-3?

A: I'm sorry but this grip is not compatible with the XE3.

A: Unfortunately, this grip is limited to the Leica Q2 only.

[2 lb] I've used rangefinder cameras for many years without utilizing one of these thumbs up grips. These always struck me as a waste of money. After using this on my M10-R for a few days, I'm sold. It just makes holding the camera so much more pleasing. Makes you want to hold the camera all day even when you're not shooting. 5

[2 lb] This makes photographing with the Leica so much more comfortable. I am not sure why Leica doesn't just increase the size of the thumb grip already on the body. The problem with the Thumbs Up Grip is it slides into the hot shoe making it impossible to use the Vizoflex. 5

[2 lb] I never thought I'd need a thumbs up in general...but found it to be a very good addition to the M10. I compared it to Leica's version and find the subtle difference in the shape where your thumb comes in contact, to be the selling point for me. A beautiful design and high production value make this a winner all around. taj 5

[2 lb] Having been a Leica shooter for many years with film cameras, it seemed your right thumb naturally went for the film advance lever when using the camera...the first thing you miss on the digital bodies. I never bought one of these for my first digital M - the M8 - but I'm delighted with how this feels on my M (typ240). It slotted in perfectly in the hot shoe and seems to be precision built. I often shoot with the 21mm accessory finder so I need one with the cold shoe...and this works perfectly. 5

[2 lb] In reading reviews for this vs the Leica model, I agree that the small angle of the the thumb rest (which the Leica model is not supposed to have), makes a big difference for comfort and handling. I don't know why I waiting so long to get the Match Tech model. From the photo, you can see the angle I'm referring to. 5

[4 x 4 x 1.5"] Initially skeptical but now can't imagine the camera without the Thumbs Up grip - I carry my M10 in a shoulder bag as I am not a big fan of walking around with the camera dangling from my neck. The Thumbs Up gives me such a secure feeling when handling the camera - I might think about switching from a neck strap to a wrist strap for added insurance, but walking with the camera in one hand no longer feels foolish. I honestly think for the price of the M10 one of these should be included in every purchase! 5
