With a guide number of 190', the Godox E300 Flash Head for Photography Lightingfrom Godox E300 Flash Head for Photography Lightingis a 5600K daylight-balanced flash source with solid core features at an affordable price point. The head features 0.4 to 2.5 sec recycling with flash durations as short as 1/2000 sec. Power is variable over 3 stops from 1/8 to full power, while the 150W modeling has 9 levels of dimming. Settings are indicated on the rear digital screen and adjustable via padded push buttons that are a pleasure to use. Triggering options include sync cord, test button, and slave triggering. Wireless control is available with separate purchase of the FT-16 radio system. The head also has an anti-preflash function that makes it easy to work with point-and-shoot and other cameras that employ preflash. At just 3.3 lb, it's easy to assemble a kit with 2 or more E300s without lugging a heavy case around. The light has a tilting stand mount with an umbrella channel and runs on 100 to 120 VAC mains power.

A: Hi, I think it is. You must remove the wire holding the Flash Bulb, and then it can be replaced. I recommend having a cotton glove on while doing this.

[Audio] The Godox QS600ll Flash head is just what I was looking for. It's got plenty of power, is quiet and efficient. I bought it because even though I had been getting great shots with my little SB800 flash inside of a 2x2 softbox, this allows me to have much more control over the final product. It feels sturdy and I love having a built in handle. Also having a protective cover for the bulbs is terrific. I had bought the triggers from godox prior to buying this lamp and love that it's compatible with my godox triggers. And the fact that the one trigger is internal on the lamp is great too. It's one less set of batteries to worry about. It's easy to remove the reflector for when I want to attach my large 3x4 foot softbox. 5

[Fuse] For the costs of these strobes with them being digital and adjustable from the trigger unit, you cannot go wrong with these. This has changed my whole way of setting up and shooting as once I measure my distances and get my basic aperture settings, the digital will hold good for maybe 75-80% of my shoots (if I setup the same) and reduce setup time. 5

[Yes] I went round and round and spent countless hours with Adorama in search of my first strobe and ended up with a light they recommended that was terrible at meeting my needs! [3-Stop Range] Are these flash heads perfect, no they are not. If you are chasing perfection, you will probably never find it and if you are looking for perfection in a flash head under $200 then you will never be happy with them. I have had these in my studio for almost 3 years. I have had no major problems with them. The color and intensity fluctuates from time-to-time and maybe every thousand flashes or so it will misfire. But seriously they are under $200!! I have a rental studio and these guys get a TON of use. At this price point the build quality is fabulous. They have proven to be very durable (trust me, my customers can be hard on them). Other than expected maintenance (changing bulbs) these strobes have performed like rock stars. 5

[5600K +/- 200K] This small mono light works pretty well. I purchased it to use as a hair light/background light. At $110. I feel it's pretty good and does the job. But if you have a small space to shoot in a few of these would work for a complete portrait set up. The light is easy to adjust, has an optical slave or can be fired with a sync cord or radio receiver. It has a modeling lamp and beep ready sound signal, (which can be turned off). The quality so far seems very reasonable; the only exception being its mount is a little jiggly no matter how much you tighten it (but don't try to over tighten because that would not be wise). So if you need a small mono light this unit is good for not a lot of money. 5
