A: It holds all three, though i don't recommend taking them apart. I use the bag to transport the stands and move the box assembled. I hate putting the boxes together.

A: Although the fixture included with this diffuser is a standard Edison type, it has not been tested with all Edison type bulbs. Your results may vary.

A: These fixtures can be cascaded so it is possible to add 4 additional lamps in the empty sockets.

Q: 6. Are these lights silent? What about after a year? I've worked with low-end flo kits that buzzed and I don't want to waste my money on buzzy lights.

A: They don't have a buzz to them. They have a slight little noise but it's tolerable. They are not very bright though :/

Q: 7. I am reading in the reviews that these light are not good for "key lighting." I intend to light a green screen. What is "key lighting.?

A: The key light is simply the main light you will set your exposure to. Any light can be a key light. If the light is appropriate to the shoot is a different issue based on camera settings and size of the area. these lights can be used for a green screen if the area to light is rather small.

Q: 8. Is the ALZO Overhead drum light dimmable?

A: Unfortunately, this fixture is not dimmable since it uses self-ballasted fluorescent lamps.

Q: 9. Could this be used to shoot a video interview in a small room with a DSLR? I want to make sure I have enough lighting for 24fps at 1/50th...? It doesn't have to have a lot of emotion or anything, just has to be well lit to look like quality recording.

A: Yes this will work very well. If the room is small, you may have too much light with all the bulbs installed. The light can be easily adjusted by distance to the subject and number of bulbs in each fixture. I have been very pleased with this unit. Lots of good light, at around 5200K as I recall. Very well constructed and should give years of good service.

Q: 10. What is the weight of one of the light heads with the softbox on? I would like to get a boom arm to use with one of the stands & lights, and want to make sure the boom will hold the light (with sand-weight on the stand). Thank you!

A: Depending on the size bulbs you have in the sockets, the head can weigh anywhere from ten to fifteen pounds? Assuming your boom arm isn't ridiculously over extended, anything with a sandbag should be perfectly stable.
