The black Match Technical Boop-O Soft Shutter Release Button Black Long Stemfrom Match Technical Boop-O Soft Shutter Release Button Black Long Stemgives you the ability to find a recessed shutter button on the camera while not looking away from the viewfinder. Camera shake is also minimized, which enables you to take a picture at slower shutter speeds without the worry of camera blur.

The button's long stem is compatible with Fujifilm's X-series cameras, traditional cameras, and Leica's M10 and older cameras. Because of the long stem, it clears the collar that surrounds the shutter button on the camera body. Therefore, the release button's profile raises the height of the camera's shutter button, making it easy to find, and the concave shape of the button allows the tip of your index finger to gently press the shutter button and fire the camera.

Once the Soft Shutter Release Button is screwed in, the button's CNC machined brass threads, which are not easily broken off, do not bind to the shutter button. An O-ring under the enamel head of the button keeps the button completely secure to the camera when it is tightened down. In addition, the enamel button has been painted with a high-quality gloss paint.

[0.025 lb] This little add-on makes such a difference in ergonomics. When recording yourself on video, it's so easy to hit the target to get things started. But I'd have to say the biggest difference is the feedback when taking photos. It's much easier to gauge the half-press for the focus on my Fujifilm X-T4. It's much easier to hit the focus on the half press, frame the shot, then full press for grabbing the photo. The o-ring helps keep things tight. I haven't had it loosen at all yet after 2 weeks...but admittedly, I shoot mostly in studio and do give it a check whenever I start shooting just because some other reviews made me paranoid about it. Haven't had it loosen at all yet. Maybe the other people just didn't tighten it enough. 5
