The red Match Technical Boop-O Soft Shutter Release Button Red Long Stemfrom Match Technical Boop-O Soft Shutter Release Button Red Long Stemgives you the ability to find a recessed shutter button on the camera while not looking away from the viewfinder. Camera shake is also minimized, which enables you to take a picture at slower shutter speeds without the worry of camera blur.

The button's long stem is compatible with Fujifilm's X-series cameras, traditional cameras, and Leica's M10 and older cameras. Because of the long stem, it clears the collar that surrounds the shutter button on the camera body. Therefore, the release button's profile raises the height of the camera's shutter button, making it easy to find, and the concave shape of the button allows the tip of your index finger to gently press the shutter button and fire the camera.

Once the Soft Shutter Release Button is screwed in, the button's CNC machined brass threads, which are not easily broken off, do not bind to the shutter button. An O-ring under the enamel head of the button keeps the button completely secure to the camera when it is tightened down. In addition, the enamel button has been painted with a high-quality gloss paint.

A: Although, I agree, it is a nice Soft Shutter Release Button, I have found that it isnt optional for the X-T20 because its diameter always touches the shutter speed dial whenever you are taking a picture. I would encourage you to find a Shutter Release Button smaller in diameter.

[Threaded Screw] Nicely made, quality soft shutter release by Match Technical. Anti-slip rubber o-ring prevents the button unscrewing. This size seems ideal for the Fuji XT-2 as it does not interfere with the camera's on/off switch in any way. I purchased the concave button which works great for me (especially effective when wearing gloves) I believe that they also make a convex version. Great product which enhances the already excellent ergonomics of the XT2. 5
