Related Questions and Answers

Q: 1. Is the SE-10t compatible with the Telex WT-55?

A: Sorry, I don't know the answer to your question.

Q: 2. will SE10T interface with Electro-voice BPU-2 transmitter?

A: I don't know about Electro-voice. There are several adapters, and one fit our Shure transmitter with no problem. We used it for the first time last Sunday, and it worked fine.

Q: 3. Is there any receiver to be attached to the speaker's body?

A: The Mogan Elite ICE Omni Earset Microphone for Shure Transmitters will work with any Shure wireless transmitter or others that are equipped with a TA4F connector. The transmitter is worn on the speaker's body and sends audio wirelessly to the receiver. We have many options for compatible wireless systems that will work with this Mogan microphone. Please feel free to contact us if you would like help choosing a wireless system.

Q: 4. how thick is this weight?

A: It is 4 inches in diameter and 1.75 inches in thickness.

Q: 5. Will this work with a Sony transmitter pack?

A: I am afraid not. Samson uses a different wiring scheme

Q: 6. Are these ear perices bendable, if so how much can you bend them?

A: The era piece is solid and will not bend. Te microphone "stem" has some play but should be bent very gently and not often.

Q: 7. Could this be used with a Rode VXLR+ 3.5mm TRS female to XLR male adapter with phantom power converter to use it as a wired mic?

A: Yes, the Polsen ESM-1-35H Single-Sided Earset Microphone for Sennheiser Transmitters (B&H # POESM135H) can be used with the RODE VXLR+ 3.5mm TRS Female to XLR Male Adapter with Phantom Power Converter (B&H # ROVXLRP) in order to connect it to a wired XLR microphone input. As another option, you could use the similar Polsen ESM-1-MN Single-Sided Earset Microphone for Recorders and Wireless Transmitters (B&H # POESM1MN) for connection to a standard 3.5mm TRS mic input with plug-in power. Either version of the earset mic can be used with the VXLR+ adapter for connection to an XLR mic input. The difference between the two models is that the version for Sennheiser transmitters has a locking 3.5mm connector and the version for recorders has a standard non-locking 3.5mm connector.

Q: 8. Has anyone compared the Polsen ESM-1-TA4 Single-Sided Earset Microphone for Shure Transmitters to the Pyle PMEMS10... do they sound similar, dramatically different, level about the same?

A: While we have not compared the Polsen ESM-1-TA4 Single-Sided Earset Microphone for Shure Transmitters directly against the Pyle Pro PMEMS10 Omni Earset Microphone for Shure Wireless Transmitters, based on specifications and user reviews, the Pyle appears to edge out the Polsen in overall quality. It has a wider frequency response and is more commonly used with many positive reviews.

Q: 9. What are the converters included?

A: It comes with 3.5mm (Sennheiser) TA3, TA4, and Lemo adapters.

Q: 10. Does it work with Shure microphone with TA4F connector?

A: Yes, there is a Shure TA4F connector included in the kit.

[Hypercardioid] I bought the B3 as a replacement for my sennheiser ME-2 stock mic, because I do a lot of filming in noisy office environments with air conditioning and ventilation. I am so blown away at how well the B3 performs. It reduced the background noise significantly. In fact I bought a 2nd unit. So worth it.

[Hypercardioid] I use this microphone in standard interview setups, not only is the sound great but the tiny size of the mic is easily hidden. No complaints here, just a professional mic that handles its business.

[Hypercardioid] I'm a professional video guy but not a professional audio guy. I was having issues trying to hide big ole mics that probably shouldn't be hidden (due to size and causing clothing noise because of that). A professional audio friend of mine recommended this mic and I'm so happy that I bought it. Easy to hide, beautiful sound. I couldn't be happier. I bought this to use with my Sennheiser G3 wireless system. I would buy this mic again without a second thought.

[0.08 lb] I like these wireless mics better than the Sanken COS11-D that I previously bought for my Lectrosonics L Series. They may not have the fidelity of the Sanken mics, but they are very clear sounding with nice low end presence (without it being too much). I prefer these lavs over others for their all around great sound while being extremely durable.. These can withstand heavy use, while the Sanken COS11-D metal windscreen quickly was scraped and dented in regular use.
