With a stunning magnification range, a 30mm tube, and an impressive objective, the Trijicon AccuPoint 5-20x50 Matte Black Riflescopelooks mighty serious while delivering the power needed to get on target across long distances.

This fine optic is also graced with a very handy third turret that re-focuses the reticle to eliminate parallax error. Sighting during twilight conditions is enhanced considerably by the remarkable 50mm objective, while the dual tritium/fiber optic reticle illumination system provides a vibrant aiming point under any conditions.

A mounting base and rings are used to attach a riflescope to a firearm. A comfortable sight picture is contingent upon the height of the rings. A comfortable cheek-weld is the result of properly positioning the scope over the receiver. Mounting the scope close to the receiver is preferable, yet scopes with larger objectives need higher rings so the front bell can clear the barrel. It should be noted that in many mounting applications, a professional gunsmith's skills will be needed for proper installation.

[4.2 lb] I bought this scope to be used on a Savage 10 .308 hunting rifle. Let me say, the clarity on this scope is impressive. I've tried various Nikon, Bushnell, Redfield, and Zeiss scopes but this beats them all. The glass clarity is better than the Zeiss HD5 and it feels more sturdy. The illuminated reticle is helpful when shooting against a dark target such as a black paper target or animal. B & H has the best price hands down. I scoured the Internet and went to two gun shows and could not find a better price. Get this scope and you will not be disappointed. 5

[30 mm] This scope is perfect for the kind of close range white tail deer hunting that I do in the North East. Where visibility is usually less than 100yrds amongst the brush where I prefer to hunt. Clarity and brightness of the image is perfect. Plus its a Trijicon, so the build quality is exceptional and very robust. This is my second one of this model. I now have one on my 12 guage rifled slug barrel and 1 on my 50 caliber muzzleloader. Having both weapons with the same high performing optic is very reassuring and familiar whilst in the field. I would recommend this optic to anyone looking for a battery free red dot at 1x and standard duplex reticle at 4x. B&H came through with the best price and fast shipping and great comms. 5

[4.2 lb] If you are looking for a long range riflescope, this is a winner. It is the newer model of the 5-20x50 Accupoint line. This comes with everything that you need (Scope, high quality ocular and objective flip up caps, a sunshade and a neophrene cover). The elevation and windage is very easy to set, as is the parallax (which has yardage indicators). The glass is extremely clear, even better than the top of the line Nikon riflescopes that I own (and will never sell). This riflescope is a keeper, and will be passed down to my children. I purchased this on sale which for me was an extra incentive for me. I also looked at the Zeiss Conquest V4, but I did not like that the parallax turret only had two numbered yardage indicators (50 yards and Infinity). The yardage between 50 and Infinity is indicated by rectangular outlines, so you have to guess at what yardage your target is located. The windage and elevation turrets were also somewhat difficult to adjust. 5

[50 mm] only problem is finding flip open ocular covers that dont need tape. Green dot perfect day or night, no matter how dark. Keeps zero. Bh the place to buy. Repl. Zeiss diavari ,which I almost miss...but not. Ever amusing talking to NYC people abt. shoot'n optics, shall we say limited experience.... 5
