This Redrock Micro Eclipse D-Tap Power Cable 24"is 24" long and connects your Eclipse module to a D-Tap power source. The 4-pin push/pull connector ends create a strong and durable connection to your module, while the D-Tap connector end is standard for powering accessories requiring 12 to 14.8 VDC. The braided cable sheath protects the wires inside.

A: Technically, it should work. However since the power is not regulated, I would be reluctant to recommend doing so. The safer and better long term solution is to contact Switronix and repair the base.

A: More than likely this will not work. It is designed to power a BMD Cinema Camera specifically, not accessories for the Cinema Camera. However the FW759 has a battery plate for NP-F style batteries. You could try the IndiPRO Tools D-Tap to Sony L-Series Power Converter (B&H #INPTS74) to power the monitor with a battery that has a D-Tap port instead.

Q: 4. Will this power the Red Komodo and Cine 7?

A: The Red Komodo and the SmallHD Cine 7 both have a 2-pin LEMO power connector, so in theory it should work. However with out testing I cannot confirm. This cable is described to power an optional Redrock microRemote.

A: The cable is for all devices with right input barrel and battery with D-tap output port.

[0.08 lb] I made the mistake of buying a SmallHD AC7 off eBay and it didn't come included with a way to power it. No battery mount or anything. So I bought this hoping I could power it from my V-mount battery and this works great. 5

[24" / 61 cm] I use this cable for more than its stated use. They also fit the power jack of the Sennheiser rack mount receivers or the TV sets that use a power brick. My wife is appreciating all the film gear around the house when the power goes out because a power pole gets knocked down and she can continue to watch The Bachelor. The price is excellent and the quality is too. I have several. 5

[0.08 lb] This cord does the job and while it’s the same price as the Tilta version it’s twice as long. I use it to connect my Vmount battery to my nucleus nano. It gives me the extra power I need to turn my cinema lenses. I use two actually. One for the focus and one for the iris. Always be careful to plug the and - in correctly. I’ve seen reviews where some have said this fired their motor. I’m sure this was due to reversing the polarity. Get one and use it correctly and you’ll have the power you need. 5
