This Peak Design Leash Camera Strap Blackin black, from Peak Design has anchor links so you can quickly and easily detach a connected camera, to move it to a tripod, or connect another camera to the strap. Each anchor link is rated to hold 200 pounds and creates a durable, snap-in or snap-out connection point to the strap eyelet on a wide variety of cameras. The strap is 0.8" wide and has an adjustable 32.6 to 57.1" length. Integrated adjustment loops allow you to quickly adjust the length while in use.

Constructed with twist-resistant nylon webbing, you can use it as a neck, shoulder, or cross-body strap whether you are right- or left-handed, draped from one shoulder to the opposing hip. When used along with an anchor link, the included anchor mount creates a connection point using the camera's 1/4"-20 bottom accessory thread. By attaching the leash along the bottom accessory thread and using one strap eyelet instead of two, your camera can be made to consistently face forward while against your hip, reducing the time needed to raise it to your eye to capture the shot.

Related Questions and Answers

Q: 1. Is the anchor cord of the Leash version any thinner than the Lite version? I found that the latter doesn't fit in the Sony A7C camera lug without using the optional ring.

A: It isn't any thinner than the Lite version.

Q: 2. Are the leather accents real or synthetic leather?

A: The accents on the Peak Design Leash Camera Strap are comprised of real leather.

Q: 3. rndeki metal tokalar makineyi izmiyor mu? bu konuda endieliyim.

A: Chqwna meralimas makinelli mu bu.

Q: 4. Can I use this strap for a Fujifilm XT4?

A: Yes you can.

Q: 5. Are the edges of the metal buckles well smoothed to minimize camera scratching?

A: If you mean rounded, yes, they should not scratch the camera body.

Q: 6. Can I use this strap for binoculars?

A: Yes most binoculars have strap eyelets on the left and right so this strap would work with those.

Q: 7. Will this fit eyelets on a Fuji XT30?

A: Thanks for reaching out! We are aware of this issue regarding our Anchors and smaller cameras like the Fuji XT30. There are a few point-and-shoot and compact-mirrorless camera models whose strap attachments are too small for the cord on our Anchors. We've identified a couple of solutions to the issue: - Try and thread it through with tweezers, pliers, or Dental floss-- which works surprisingly well!. This will work on some cameras with slightly larger eyelets. - If your eyelet is still too small, try using a small split ring to connect the Micro Anchor to the eyelet. Your camera should have come with these or you can get them from a local hardware store or from Amazon. Attach the ring to the eyelet, and then attach the Micro Anchor to the ring. Obviously, neither of these are great long-term solutions. We're currently looking at ways we can make our Micro Anchor cords skinnier while retaining the same strength and flexibility. We're also considering making custom split rings made especially for this purpose. But in the meantime hopefully one of these solutions will work for you.

Q: 8. I'm having trouble attaching this to my fujifilm xt3- the mounts are too thick for the metal rings. anyone having this issue?

A: I am sorry that you are having problems attaching the strap. As noted by other users, you can push the string through the hole using a pin. I hope this works for you.

Q: 9. Does the metal buckles in the world start the machine? I'm worried about this.

A: I use electrical tape on the buckles

Q: 10. Will the Anchor Mount attach to Arca Compliant tripods? Or will I need to remove this from the bottom every time I want to mount my camera?

A: I leave my Anchor Link attached to the standard plate and it is able to fit Arca compliant tripods without removing it.

[Black] I love using this leash on my Sony a6400...it holds the weight of the lens and camera perfectly and comfortably. I feel more secure knowing that my equipment is secure!

[Nylon] I have been a fan of PD since I invested in their Courier bag and their Kickstarter campaign. The leash is the perfect accompaniment to my lighter-weight Leicas.

[Nylon] Super strap for full frame mirrorless cameras. Using with Sony A7Rii and very handy to snap off main strap for camera use only.

[0.35 lb] I’ve used this strap on my camera and my binoculars. I bought additional Anchors to attach to my binoculars so I can easily switch between whichever item I am using on the day. Adjusting the length of the strap is a piece of cake. Great quality and I love the colour (I got Ash). I could have got a wider strap but didn’t need it and my camera and binoculars are small and light. Also means it rolls up into a small package for easy storage (such as in my pocket or a pocket in my Sling bag.

[Black] These are well made and engineered camera straps for all of my cameras from Fuji, Lumix, Olympus, Sony and Nikon. I prefer the smaller size of the Leash Straps, rather than the full size models. The bigger ones are much too awkward to feel comfortable using. I sold my 2 full size versions and will keep buying these leash straps. I have been using the Peak camera carrying system for about 5 years now and I never experienced any problem or failure of these straps. Being able to quickly remove your strap with the Anchor system is a big help also. I can then move the camera to a copy stand or tripod as needed. You won't get better quality for even more money.

[Yes] The leash is very practical and the fact that it comes with two pairs of anchors is really a plus, I set them on two of my favorites cameras and can switch them as fast as lightning. I am considering on getting more anchors
