The wireless mouse includes a nano receiver that plugs into a USB port on your computer and eliminates cord clutter in your workspace. [Ambidextrous] The unit appears to be very sensitive and may take a little effort to adjust to from a regular mouse - nothing that detracts from the device. The actual dimensions (surprisingly not available even from Verbatim) are 75mm long by 50mm wide by 27mm high. There is a switch on the bottom of the mouse to turn the device off/on. 5
