A: The title is saying that the D-tap port is male on the cable, the LEMO port on the cable is female.

A: The Teradek 2-Pin LEMO to AC Adapter Cable (6 ft) would not be compatible with the Teradek Bolt 6 LT 750 3G-SDI/HDMI Transmitter/Receiver Kit. The compatible AC adapter would be the Teradek 18W AC Adapter to 2-Pin LEMO (6'), BH #TEBIT056.
