Anton Bauer LPD Travel Discharger V-Mountdischarges up to four V-Mount batteries to be compliant with travel restrictions. To be shipped or otherwise transported, lithium-ion batteries may be required to be below a 30% charge. Mount the batteries to the discharger, and they will be systematically discharged until they are below 30% of capacity. This unit is powered by the discharging batteries and does not require an external power connection.

A: According to Anton Bauer, they want you to keep the batteries in the charger at all times they are not on the camera. These are smart chargers. They stop charging when the battery is full. The charger then switches to maintenance mode. There is no danger whatsoever of over charging your batteries with the LP2.

[5.8 lb] These are my go to batteries. They pack a punch and will power a SmallHD 702 bright for 6 hours on a steadicam. The USB outlet comes in handy for so many purposes. I can charge/power an Ambient ACN-CL Lockit on camera or power a small USB 5V portable fan for those really hot days. The Dtap lets me power a Litepanels brick on location for hours. Don't need to say much about Anton Bauer Quality and performance. If you have been in the business for a while you already know. 5

[4 lb / 1.8 kg] I got this charger with a set of 4 Digital 90s for my Dragon. Great features, like selecting the battery with the highest charge to ensure that a battery is fully charged as quickly as possible. Much more interactive interface then previous models and much easier to carry, though it's shape does mean that it doesn't easily fit in a small case. 5

[4 lb / 1.8 kg] A lightweight charger w/built in handle, two slim designed batteries that last a respectable time, and priced reasonably, and everything is under the reputation and famous workhorse reliability of the Anton Bauer brand... this is a great starter kit for modern video cameras or monitors. [5.8 lb] These batteries hold a lot of charge and are a perfect slim size for a gimbal. They are a little heavier than some micro V-Mounts I own but are still pretty light and are shaped well to fit of the back of my camera. 5
