A: Yes it is compatible. An Mini-HDMI to HDM is even included in the box to go fro the camera to the monitor. While this monitor does not come with batteries, it uses the same LP-E6 style batteries that the 7D uses.

A: Yes, this monitor features both an internal speaker and a headphone jack, as well as audio-metering. The audio is received through HDMI, so there should be no latency.

A: While the A7III is able to shoot 1080p at 120fps it does not output that from its HDMI connection. The camera would only output 1080p at 60fps, which will work with this and most other monitors.
