The Das Keyboard Model S Professional Mechanical Keyboard Cherry MX Brownfrom Das Keyboard Model S Professional Mechanical Keyboard Cherry MX Browncomes with 104 keys, Cherry MX Brown mechanical key switches, and gold contacts for a soft, tactile feel when typing. The keys are laser etched and designed to last up to 50 million keystrokes. It supports NKRO and has a glossy black top panel. A: It is clicky. Not silent as it has mechanical switches underneath. But having said that. The sound is not nagging by any measure. Unless you are looking at using it for stealth endeavours. But I must say if u have not used a mechanical keyboard.you gotta get this..my Life changed

[6-Key] The keyboard clicks are loud, but the keys feel great and have a solid feel to them. I got this for programming on a MacBook Pro. It has quite a distinctly different feel compared to the MacBook Pro keyboard. Different, but good. 5

[6-Key] We purchased this for the customer service counter of an athletic facility. The keyboard has multiple users, and gets heavy use over a long day. The keyboard is heavy and feels indestructible. Keys are responsive and have an old school computer terminal feel. The USB ports on the side are handy for phone chargers. The keyboard clicks are loud which is not an issue for us since it's used in a noisy commercial environment. This might not be a good choice, however, for someone working in a quieter environment where the keyboard clicks could annoy others. 5

[USB-A ] I got this keyboard for CAD. So far it has worked fine. One nice thing is that the size and spacing of the keys helps your fingers to remember where keys are. 5

[USB-A ] Excellent build quality and consistent across 3 of the same that I bought. There are too many choices of mechanical keyboards even if you narrow down to ones with Cherry Blue switches. So there are certainly others that will be equally good and consistent. So my review is not meant to be a comparison by any strech, but only what I see. 5
