A: It is not possible to purchase the built in screen protector separately for the The Joy Factory aXtion Bold MP Series Case for iPad Pro 12.9 (Black) B&H # JOCWA402. It is very scratch resistant and durable so it should not be a problem but in the event you need to replace it, you may need to contact the joy factory to see if they can provide a replacement part for the built in screen protector.

Q: 3. Will this also work for a 10" Microsoft Surface Go?

A: A Surface GO would fit in, but you would to change the screen orientation manually as it does not have an accelerometer to adjust to changes in its orientation.

A: The The Joy Factory Elevate II On-Wall Mount Kiosk (White) BH #JOKAA204W does not tilt. It can rotate if you also buy the optional accessory for rotation. It allows for continuous power by routing the charging cable through the charging cable channel.

A: The The Joy Factory LockDown Universal C-Clamp Carbon Fiber Mount will not be compatible with an iPad Mini with a case, as that would make the device thicker then the maximum specifications of .4" depth for the mount.

A: This case does allow access to the USBC port.

A: Yes, the camera is usable when mounted in the CTA Digital Articulating Wall B&H # CTPADAWSEA. This will be of course limited by the movement of the arm but the cover does not cover the camera since it allows access to all ports, buttons, and cameras.

[3.8 lb] My new iPad air 2 hangs around the kitchen mostly (we have a great bay window there) and I use it for cooking as well as when my granddaughter comes to play with it. The base is very secure, even on a glass tabletop, and I can make the pad face completely towards the ceiling for cooking, but also adjust it for other uses. Adjustments are seemingly infinite and secure. I do not imagine I would have to repurchase it, it is very sturdy. Although the backstrap for holding up the iPad during presentations seems a but unnecessary for my purposes, I can se where it would be useful. 5

[3.8 lb] I use my iPad primarily for controlling a digital mixer, via an app, as well as for photo consolidation and editing. The aXtion Bold MP Series Case for iPad Pro 9.7 not only makes me feel more secure about protecting my very expensive iPad via the hard case and rubber bumpers, but also offers the convenience of being able to hold it with one hand while operating my apps with the other. This is especially useful while walking around at a live musical event and running my mixer app. The fact that the hand-strap is adjustable allows me to hand off the iPad if necessary to someone with different sized hands. The orientation of the strap is 360 capable as well. I also appreciate the fact that there is a support which allows me to put the iPad on a flat surface and have it stand either horizontally or vertically. This is great for watching videos or typing with a bluetooth (or wired) style keyboard. The case is a little awkward to install, but only a little patience is required to figure it out. An additional plus is that fingerprints or so very easy to wipe off of the screen protector with a soft cloth (or the bottom of my shirt, usually!). I have not tested this product with an Apple pen nor any other stylus, so I do not know if the screen protector works with those devices properly. My only criticism is that the locking device for the rotation plate does not actually lock down. However that has not affected my ability to use this product. This may be a defect on just my case, but I was not interested nor did I have the time to return it for a replacement as it really does not affect my workflow. With my next iPad purchase, I will certainly buy another one of these cases! 5

[3.8 lb] I had gone through many cheap screen protectors for my iPad, and could never get them on without bubbles and lint under the screen. The Moshi iVisor goes on easy, can be removed and reapplied with no bubbles ever. Yes, I would recommend this product to anyone who values their iPad and want a screen protector that actually works. 5

[3.8 lb] Tablet and mount are alot cheaper than buying an in car DVD player!!! Mount works great and the mounting bracket for a Samsung Tab 2 10.1 is big enough that it will hold it with a Otter Box on it. 5
