A: There door can be detached from the battery and therefore can be lost. The current EN-EL18 batteries do not come with the door and it's most likely the EN-EL18d will not either. So you can get a new door for new batteries.

A: Yes, the Nikon MH-33 will properly charge the Watson EN-EL18C battery.

A: The Nikon MH-33 Battery Charger can charge the EN-EL18b, EN-EL18c and EN-EL18d batteries. This cannot be used to charge older EN-EL18 or EN-EL18a batteries.

[Nikon EN-EL18] As many others mentioned in the reviews, these batteries are now new old stock, as the newest ones were made in 2022 and will arrive completely discharged. DO NOT give up on them - the charger will initially show an error (chamber and calibration light flashing) - keep taking the battery off and putting it back on, and eventually it will start to charge. The key is to not leave it in the charger if the charger is showing the error code, you have to remove and replace the battery until the charger shows that it is charging (chamber light and 50% light flashing). After a few hours the 50% light should glow solid and 80% should start flashing, and eventually it will charge fully 5

[Nikon EN-EL18] I tried 2 Watson batteries last year one is dead and the other only keeps a half charge. I also tried off brand batteries for my Nikon D850 and bought 2 and 2 are dead. I am still using the Nikon batteries for my D700 I bought over 10 years ago. Pay the extra and use the Nikon batteries. 5

[0.4 lb] It took a long time to charge and I was ready to return battery, But I gave it another try and it finally charged. Over 24 hours spent on charging. It is fully charged working great! 5

[Nikon EN-EL18] Purchased the Nikon EN-EL 18c for my Nikon D850 with additional Nikon MB-218 Multi Power Battery Pack. I utilized the EN-EL 18c Battery in the Colorado Mountains during cool temperatures and snow on the ground in upper elevations. The Battery performed great with no issues of holding a charge or decreased powered. The EN-EL 18c enhances the Nikon D850 increasing the frames per second. 5
