However a product like the Blackmagic Design Teranex AV, B&H # BLTNAV, will give you a much higher quality of Up and Down Conversion between HD and 4k.

A: An HDMI single in general only can go around 35 feet before the signal degrades. The first option you would have is to use a unit like this with HDMI extender kits that work with Ethernet cables. A second option is to purchase a DA that outputs HDMI over Ethernet right out of the box. Kramer makes such a DA that has 4 HDMI outputs and works with Twisted Pair Receivers, those also use Cat6 cables.

[54 to 550 MHz] This pushes HDMI signal just right for me. Had two 100' runs for this to 2 monitors with no artifacts or loss of color or clarity. It had a 100' run from the switcher so 200' no issues. Perfect little box and man are they pricey though for 1x2. 5

[-20 dB] My CATV/Internet source goes into a 3-way splitter. Its 3.5 dB output is connected to a 4-way splitter. Several TVs connected to the 4-way have problems with certain channels. I am certain the problems are due to signal strength since they work fine when connected to the 3-way. I added this amp between the 3.5 db output and the input of the 4-way. Problem solved. 5

[2.6 lb] I needed an analog audio DA for a rebuilt radio console. I could have recapped a higher end purpose built DA but the thought of replacing 75 or so capacitors wasn't appealing. For the price the Rolls has excellent specs and I expect it will last in my home studio. Good product at a great price. 5

[54 to 550 MHz] We use this to take one audio stream from a PC and send to 5 cable TV channels. Works great, no dip switches or adjustments necessary. A very quick install. 5

[2.3 lb (1 kg)] I love it if the price was lower I would buy 2 well at least the bottom mount so I can move it from one spot to another, since it has the bolts to hold it down/up. It works great it is firm even though it is light weight. Also love the locking part of it. I love the shape it is, the height from the counter up. The color makes it very sleek. It comes with 2 keys which is good because I always lose one. It is easy to assemble without instructions which it comes with. It has everything you need to set it up and mount it, on the wall with Molly screws or on the table with nuts and bolts. I haven’t been so excited to receive a package in a long time. 5

[-57 dB] Not a perfect 90degree on the edges, (has the visible skew seen in the product photos) but it works as intended. I can watch Netflix on the treadmill with this thing. 5

[-57 dB] I was looking for an audio da with XLR connections. This was exactly what I needed, and it's reasonably priced. One thing--this da has audio pots on the front. I found that in the detent position, the audio was a bit overdriven, so I just backed down all the pots to about 10 o'clock and it's perfect. 5
