A: This is a passive splitter cable designed for use with AES EBU, this will split an AES EBU signal into 2 outputs as Reine G. stated. Q: 2. Can I use this device as a splitter to make a backup recording on a Zoom H6 for example?I mean, I have a shotgun mic. I split the signal in two, put it in two inputs of the recorder... A: This device is designed for line level signals only. Splitting a microphone signal is never a good practice as there will be signal loss and added noise. A mixer, not a splitter is the way to go. A: You would need two of each for two receivers. Each receiver needs two separate antennas. So you would not need a 4-way splitter to do this. Two 2-way splitters would do the job if you have 2 antennas. The part number for a 2-way splitter is ZSC24.

A: I have had excellent success with these.Make sure you know what kind of signal is being output.Make sure all your input devices can digest the signal.If one type of signal does not work, you may have to switchto a different signal.Remember these switches are programmable, so make sure the dip switches are set correctly.
