[4.71 lb] Purchased this product last month and honestly what i can say is its amazing. Truly cleans the negatives specially from dark spots and marks. Try it!

[4.71 lb] Pec-12 is my problem solver that gets gunk off surfaces when nothing else will.  It is similar to 3-In-1 oil, in that it only takes one to three drops to do most spot cleaning jobs. 

I found that Pec Pads sometimes only smear it around so I use Kimtech Kimwipes optical tissue. 

I tried three different cleaners on my glasses that I wear every day and they all failed.  I do not think this is sold as a glass cleaner… but finally in desperation I tried three drops of Pec-12 and it totally cleaned the front surface of one of my glasses.  

This might remove AR coatings but it did not on my glasses, yet, my glasses have the coatings built into the plastic itself so maybe coating loss is not a problem for me - still there is no broken surface on my glasses to indicate a loss of AR (anti reflective) coating.  Try at your own risk. 

The cleanest lens exterior I have ever seen was cleaned with Pec-12.  Do NOT drip it inside the lens because as a grease dissolver it could hurt the greases that the lens uses as lubrication.  Probably putting a drop or two or three on a tissue then rubbing lightly on the item to be cleaned is the safest way.

Pec has made a high priced product for years that lasts in the marketplace because it works.  I do not understand the complaints on this site about it.  I do not work for the company and they do not compensate me in any way.

Yet maybe I do understand given the fact that cleaning gunk off surfaces can be really challenging and confusing since sometimes even great cleaning fluids will not work on the mysterious smudges that we find on lens glass and body surfaces.  

On another website 87% of 289 users find this a great product so maybe only those upset with paying the price and not having it work, the 13% leftover, are the only ones writing about it on this site.  I think a 13% failure rate is reasonable for any cleaner since dirt types are so varied that you can not expect any cleaner to clean them all off.

[4.71 lb] I use it a lot while printing on cellulose papers like Hahnemuhle Torchon, Canson Montval Torchon, Goznak. But personnaly recommend to dilute it with water 1:1 and cover the paper twice giving it get dry between covering. It is includes hardener but it is unnecessary. [4.71 lb] The Beseler 23C is worth the money all the way. it is built extremely well and is definatly THE BEST enlarger that I have ever used. It is worth every penny. It is quite dependable and I am very pleased Beseler still makes it!

[4.71 lb] I once notice my lenses was smeared with the most stubborn emulsion residue a day before a photoshoot. i though I was gonna get fired by my boss since the camera was his, thankfully the camera shop owner where I usually go to told me about this cleaner, I did multiple sprays and use the wipes as gentle as I can since I'm afraid I may damage it even more, It worked the residue vanish on its own. I I recommend this product if you have run the same problem as mine

[4.71 lb] This Beseler Enlarger is one of the best you can find. I have found mine to be extremely durable and always working right when I need it. I HIGHLY reccomend the 23C!

[4.71 lb] I clean make archival prints up to 3ft. wide from 35mm negs. I use this and the pec pads to clean the negs of dust and whatever else may be on them, however my negs are mostly toally clean to start with. I have been very careful with them. These pads and fluid DO NOT SCRATCH to the film. Another reviewer suggest using water on film which is a horrific idea. You can ruin the film by making the emulsion swell. normal water is filled with particulate matter which can scratch the emulsion. Water will nearly always leave drying spots on the film from the minerals it has in it. IF you want to use water you have to use distilled water, but there is NO REASON to do this, unless, perhaps you have gotten peanut butter and jelly on something. However, this fluid MAY get that off. Luckily I have never had to try that. I am a very meticulous person and know how to clean and care for film. This pec fluid and pads are an important part of my system for scanning which begins with having a dust free and clean film to scan. For my 35 mm film, i put one 4x4 pad on the clean table, lay the film on it and put a drop or two of the Pec 12 fluid on the a pec pad. (I cut the 4x4 inch pads into 4 pieces to save resources as well as money.) I then wipe the film GENTLY on one side. I turn the film over and put another drop or two on another fresh pec pad OR on a different area of the pad, and wipe the the other side of the film GENTLY. I do not use the same area of the pad to wipe the second side as I use for the first to be certain that I do not damage the film with any dust or particles I may have picked up from the first side. I then blow both sides of the film off with canned air.
