The Benro 62-82mm Step-Up Ring for Camera Lensesfrom Benro 62-82mm Step-Up Ring for Camera Lensesis an aluminum-constructed ring that enables you to adapt a larger 82mm size filter onto a 62mm diameter lens, therefore, many different filter sizes can fit on your lens. On wide-angle lenses, the ring's low-profile prevents any vignetting in the image, and the flat black finish on the ring minimizes reflections, which would cause lens flare as well. Additionally, the knurling on the edge allows you to have a firmer grip of the ring when you're putting it on a lens.

[0.1 lb] I purchased this step-up ring to use a 67 mm Leica UV/IR filter with a Konica M-Hexanon 50/1.2 (62 mm). The ring is very solid and does what's intended to do. Minimal height. Can't complain about anything.

[5 x 3 x 0.1"] You will buy a quality step-up ring once you have a generic brand stuck on your lens. The threading on this B+W is perfectly machined and the metal is also light. Buy right and buy once!

[0.1 lb] I am a big fan of B+W step-up ring. Built quality is not far behind Heliopan but price is less than half of Heliopan. Always my first choice of step-up ring.

[62 mm to 82 mm] I hope I never have to buy filters larger than 67mm. The step-up ring works great, I can adapt all my lenses to use the same set of filters. Takes a bit of room in the camera bag, but no biggie.
