The Dotworkz S-Type Tornado Dual Blower Camera Enclosure MVPfrom Dotworkz S-Type Tornado Dual Blower Camera Enclosure MVPprovides outdoor protection for analog and network-based security cameras. It can fit a brick-style camera with a long-range lens or micro-NVR, router, or other hardware inside. The IP68-rated housing is durable, impact-resistant, and weatherproof, made from thermal plastic polycarbonate. The enclosure features dual fans for high air flow to provide protection against environments with 95% humidity in temperatures up to 140°F. It is powered via MVP (Multi Volt Platform) wiring terminals.

The stainless steel arm provides stable mounting. It also makes cable management customizable with an option for mounting a power supply (sold separately) inside the arm.

A: The short answer is yes . Dotworkz offers some options on the front window on their web site. However, these are limited by the window shape. So, if your supplier of optics will not make a custom shape to fit the window frame you will need to fabricate a custom frame to fit your optics.

A: The Dotworkz D2 High Efficiency Power Solar Tornado Camera Enclosure with Clear Lens for Low Power Applications is not a camera. It is just an enclosure. The camera must be purchased separately.

A: The enclosure is designed for Surveillance IP cameras, is it difficult to say if it is able to handle a Professional Video PTZ camera. Dimension wise it appears that the camera would fit. But the product is not designed for this type of camera.

[Up to 95%] We're using this enclosure indoors in a versatile space where we live stream events and youth often play games. A great solution. While we're only using the base model, I'm impressed with the variations you can get with the enclosure for working outdoors with varying temperatures. Using it with 2 PTZ Optics 20X Move SE Cameras. This enclosure is recommeded by PTZ Optics. 5

[Up to 95%] Well made. fit an Axis 215 no problem. Plenty of extra hardware. Lots of room in the top. I mounted a Cradlepoint cellular modem and an IR POE on pieces of lexan in the top with the extra hardware. I was able to add all wires into their terminal blocks to power the modem and POE so there are only 2 wires coming out - 110 and the ethernet to the IR. Very self contained. 5

[Up to 95%] Several times I thought about using the Z-Drive partner unit by itself to save a little weight and space. By the time I moved the C300's recoil rig around a few times, I reattached the Tornado Grip back into the Z-Drive socket. The Tornado Grip is just perfect to maintain shoulder balance and easily move the camera around. 5

[MVP] This is such a great design. Basically it's the follow focus wheel or whip but in a new and better design. I wasn't sure exactly how it was going to feel and function until I got it but it's great. It's very sturdy, the tornado handle is pretty comfortable (I thought it was going to be more cushioned but it's a rigid material). The round wheel above the tornado part is what actually turns to adjust focus. The tornado grip spins freely so you can hold it in whatever position is most comfortable for you. It doubles as a nice little handle too for should mount system. 5
