A: All of our straps are designed to safely carry all professional level cameras and equipment and will easily hold 20kg (44 lbs) of static weight load. Since the Street Breathe is designed for the lighter weight, mirrorless camera, we would recommend the Sport Breathe or the Curve Breathe (slimmer design than the Sport), as these have a great shoulder pad and would be much more comfortable while wearing your heavier camera gear. A: I tighten the screw every time I put the strap on, and I have not had it come loose. But the silver-colored hook for the strap that goes under the arm comes out very easily. I tied strong carpet thread across the opening of the hook to keep it from sliding out.

Q: 5. I am a right handed person. I normally prefer to carry my camera under my left arm. Will the left hand version of this strap still work for me?

A: Hi Bjug, The sport left does hang on your left hip, for immediate and easy access with your left hand to bring the camera up to your eye. If you prefer grabbing the camera with your left hand but have it sit on your right hip then you'd possibly be better off trying the Cross Shot which can be worn on either side or the Sport Regular which sits on your right hip.

Q: 6. I take my camera on long hikes, usually over 2 miles, photographing birds. Sometimes the terrain is rough and I fear that the BR strap will allow the camera to bounce away from my body and back striking my hip.Should I worry about a sore hip?

A: When I use this particular strap I tend to have my hand on the camera so it does not swing and I have never had a problem with impact on my hip. I am traveling to Africa in late October and I will be hiking in some tough terrain and I need my hands free during the hike. Based on this I am using the double spider holster set up. I did a similar hike last weekend and used the spider holster to hold two cameras with large lenses and it worked great and id not swing or move much during the hike. At the same time I was ready to take pictures at any time.

A: I use a RRS plate attached to the lens collar foot. I also purchased a RRS clamp RS-FRBN which slides over the lens collar plate and is tightened. I am very pleased with this combination. If you also a have a camera L plate, you can mount the clamp of the L Plate, when not using heavier lenses. This is practical and quick. Hope this helps.
