Give your firearm an extra support point and illumination using Sun Optics' Tactical Forend Grip. This lightweight and durable aluminum handle attaches to a Picatinny/Weaver rail of your firearm and provides an additional point of support for your gear as well as an on-demand illuminator. When the positive feedback thumbscrew locks to your firearm, it will not loosen due to recoil. For illuminating, blinding your targets, or to provide signaling capability, the forend also features a built-in LED illuminator with several modes: constant high, constant dim, momentary, and strobe. The 3W white LED, powered by the included two CR-123A batteries, will generate 750 lumens of white light while operating in all three modes, except for the dim constant mode, for which it will generate a 200-lumen beam. The aluminum body construction and a crenelated bezel deliver durability and a light weight, needed in extreme conditions, and offer a waterproof and fogproof performance.

A: The stud located towards the back of the clamp behind the tension knob is the only one that is removable.

Glass quality is clear, adjustments are extremely user-friendly. I put this on a 10/22 for varmint hunting, and it has been phenomenal in that role. The reticle is quick to acquire and allows for quick adjustments at range. 5

This scope is fantastic. That legendary Burris glass combined with red dot for close range gives me a dual purpose weapon experience. Highly recommend if this is what you are looking for. 5

I have several Burris and similar options from large widely known popular brands. I find myself favoring the burris for glass clarity between like options and the reticles. This is a great product at a great price. I have not needed their customer service but called them on scope covers which is an extremely easy process to get an actual person, of which the warranty is the same as other products. Burris is durable and a great product of which was an approved option for self owned secondary rifles for a state police agency with rigorous standards. 5

Great clarity in the glass with fantastic eye relief. Have this on my AR-15 and is phenomenal. Was very easy to set up and once zeroed to 100 yds., hitting 500 was a breeze. Not the biggest fan of setting the red dot on top and don’t know if I’ll do a offset setup, but for the price it’s worth getting both and I can use the red dot elsewhere. 5

Clean Glass! Love it and would highly recommend this optic. I have it mounted on my primary AR-15, you can go to work up at close ranges and you can reach out to further distances, if need be, because of the 1-6x. This was my first LPVO ever and anyone can use this. 5

The scope itself is a great selection for an LPVO, on par with the Vortex Strike Eagle, but I’d give the edge to Burris for glass quality. The reticle is simple and easy to use. The fact that this package comes with the cantilever mount and the piggybacked RDS makes this a no brainer. The RDS sits a little high, but if you’ve got an NVG setup it would be perfect as a backup 1x optic. 5
