With the Anton Bauer Gold Mount JVC Camcorder Adapteryou can power your JVC camcorder with a Gold Mount battery. Digital Fuel Gauge communication allows Anton/Bauer batteries featuring a Fuel Computer to relay capacity status to the camera. The camera will display capacity information in the viewfinder as a percentage figure, so you'll know how long the battery will last before you have to swap.

A: It's a flat plate on the bottom. I use this plate on a 17 monitor and secure it with 3 inches of Velcro to cover the entire plate. It'll hold a Dionic 90.

A: Yes, The SmallHD 1303 has a pin XLR power connection that the Anton/Bauer QR-UNIV would work with.

A: Yes there is.

Q: 5. Can I charge other brand batteries on here? I have two AB and two Switronix batteries

A: At this time, there is no available information if this is possible. Only third party testing can answer this question. You can test at your own risk. However doing so will probably void the warranty and any damage will not be covered.

Q: 6. I'm trying to keep my JVC GY-LS300 going. Will this plate work with my camera?

A: The Anton/Bauer Gold Mount for JVC Camcorders will not work for powering the JVC GY-LS300. This adapter is for larger JVC shoulder mounted ENG cameras.

Q: 7. What is the max load can the 4-pin XLR handle? I have li-ion battery brick rated at 10A. Will it be able to handle all 10A? Need for power hungry LED fresnel light.

A: This plate will deliver the same voltage as the Gold mount battery in use. It will handle a 10A current.

Q: 8. Can this be used with a C100 mark 1, if I get a P-tap to Canon C100 power converter?

A: Yes, you can use a power tap / d-tap to DC barrel adapter to power the C100 from a brick battery. IndiPRO Tools D-Tap to DC Barrel Cable for Canon C100 (24 ) is an example of such an adapter.

Q: 9. Just wanted to confirm this would work to charge the Dionic 26V batteries. And if so is there a great benefit to getting the 26V version of this charger?

[0.2 lb] This is just a well thought out (simple) piece of gear. I use it to charge batteries from my 4 pin PAG fast-charger, than fit it to my home made ENG camera shoulder mount for powering my Gekko ring light and I use the AB tap to power up my audio receivers at the same time. [Gold Mount] These are my go to batteries. They pack a punch and will power a SmallHD 702 bright for 6 hours on a steadicam. The USB outlet comes in handy for so many purposes. I can charge/power an Ambient ACN-CL Lockit on camera or power a small USB 5V portable fan for those really hot days. The Dtap lets me power a Litepanels brick on location for hours. Don't need to say much about Anton Bauer Quality and performance. If you have been in the business for a while you already know. 5
