Related Questions and Answers

Q: 1. What is the weight?

A: The Porta Brace Wheeled Tripod/Light Case weighs approximately 15lbs.

Q: 2. Will this fit a Panasonic AG-AF100?

A: The Panasonic compatibility list includes: Panasonic AG-HPX500, Panasonic AJ-HPX2000, 2100, 2700, 3000, 3100, 3700, 502... The AG-AF100 is not on that list and would probably lead to issues regarding function access on the camera.

Q: 3. Will the dividers be removable?

A: Yes, the dividers in the Porta Brace Wheeled Soft Case can be removed as needed.

Q: 4. Is there any bottom structure to the bag? For example if I put a shorter tripod in the bag and try to roll it, will it sag or is there a hard bottom to keep the tripod supported.

A: Yes, there is a frame within the bag; it should stay rigid in this scenario.

Q: 5. Can this be used as carry-on luggage for airline travel?

A: This case has exterior dimensions of 23 x 18.75 x 16 , carry-on size is usually 22 x 14 x 9 . It may be just a bit too large for Carry-On.

Q: 6. So this will fit the Livestream Studio HD550?

A: Yes it will. We recommend this case for the Livestream Studio HD550 Production Switcher.

Q: 7. can fit 10 feet c stand?

A: Unfortunately, this case is not long enough to hold a turtle base C-stand. A more suitable case is the Avenger Triple C-Stand Roller Case, BH # AVCSA1301B https://bhpho.to/3lvPCBe

Q: 8. I want to place all my gear -- including my Canon XA10 and Manfrotto MVT502AM tripod -- into one bag I can pull on wheels. I'll be shooting and interviewing by myself and don't want to lug multiple bags. Is this a suitable choice? Thanks.

A: This seems to be more than commodious for the gear you intend to carry. As a former motion picture camera assistant, I wish to caution that the all-in-one bag works only to and from location. Once on location, one bag is hard to move and it's always far away or in the way. I suggest you group the camera and the audio gear in separate bags in this big bag. This will allow you to work faster, be less awkward on set, as well as at your storage facility. It will allow you the flexibility of taking just the camera or the audio, etc, etc when taking the whole bag is a bad idea.

Q: 9. Who is the vendor?

A: This product is made by Porta Brace.

Q: 10. Are the wheels removable?

A: No, the wheels on the PortaBrace Wheeled Backpack Case for Panasonic LUMIX GH5 and Accessories are not designed to be removed.

[21 x 9.4 x 8"] I love this case. We use it for all of our gear for producing a portable sports show. I was able to divide the inside of the case for our purposes and it works great. Very durable and can hold a lot of heavy equipment. Wheels work great. Handles are great. I love it. It is heavy and takes a lot of space, so be prepared.

[12 lb] I purchased this case for a long (approximately 1 meter) refractor telescope--(Takahashi TSA120N, with the non-retractable dew shield). I added 1 inch foam padding on the bottom, put some more foam padding in the long side pockets, and voila--I have the perfect case. This thing is VERY well made and has some internal straps by which to secure the scope.

[Yes] At the end of the day, all these type of bags are limited by how much you can lift, but this is excellent quality. Expensive (probably too expensive) at full price, but much better value on sale. I'd certainly trust it in an aircraft hold as long as it wasn't too stuffed full.

[Universal] Working in the construction industry, I am always concerned about the return on my investment for the gear I purchase, that said, I was a little leery about whether this roller could handle the rigorous video shoots i perform in the field. I am happy to report that this grip bag has surpassed all expectations, especially with the wheels. I can load my sticks for camera and lighting, a pair of LED lights, small sundries bag and a 50' power cord. The best part is I can stack my SHAPE camera bag on top to reduce trips back to the truck. Highly recommend this bag.
