This FoxFury Rugo 1/4"-20 Cold Shoe Mount Kitincludes two of the four mounts that come with your Rugo light unit. These mounts match those original mounts and are useful as replacements or spares. The 1/4"-20 mount attaches to the top of your Rugo light (not included), while the cold shoe mount attaches to the bottom. The included thumbscrews are used to attach both mounts. The mounting system requires that both mounts are attached at the same time.

[Aluminum, Nylon] I needed a few cold shoe mounts to attach Speedlights to light stands. These are made from anodized aluminum, are small and very sturdy. I didn't need as many that came in the package, but can one ever have too many shoe adapters? 5

[0.05 lb] After some unbelievably awesome customer service from B&H I got two of these with mounts for Thyphon H . These lights are well designed and well built. Make flying at night very doable. Very impressed!!! 5

[5.1 x 1.8 x 1"] The ARRI mount feature on this cold shoe is by far the best thing about it. Being able to tighten this cold shoe to my nato rail handle and attach a monitor to the front almost certainly requires the two small screws (that is known as the ARRI anti-twist system) so the cold show does not become loose easily. This cold shoe being machined from a single piece of metal is also a plus in that you don't have to worry about it coming apart after many uses. This is a fantastic value at $10! [I have received this product in exchange for my honest review.] 5

[0.05 lb] So I’ve had numerous ball-head mounts over the years. Some better and some worse. All of them had issues with actually holding a light in place. Ball head slipping at the worst times. This seems to be holding up very well so far. I haven’t used it with any heavy batteries like the Npf 960 yet- so I’m not sure about that. But so far, so good! 5
