[62 mm] Feels a little heavy but the lens turns smoothly and works like a charm. Also, wonderful job on packaging and shipping!

[Full Frame] I got this lens for its on sale price, which is absolutely unbeatable. I was looking to add a nice ultra wide prime to my bag, and this guy hit the nail on the head.

I've used to on three different video projects so far, one short film of which it was my main/most used lens.

This lens has excellent image quality, everything is very sharp. Other more expensive lenses definitely have that extra crispness in how sharp their images are, but I doubt you'll have any regrets going with the SLR Magic.

This is my first lens from this company. I would definitely buy another SLR Magic lens in the future

[f/2.8] I really like this lens, I am new to lenses specifically made for video, I have always shot with my regular mirrorless lenses, because thats what I have. My first project with this lens was shooting at a spinning mill and it gave me crispy clear video with a vintage kind of feel, which fits in nicely with a lot of the project I do. Mostly with farmers, craftspeople, and mills. I attached a couple of screenshots from the video of the spinning frame so you can see the images pre processing or color grading.

In some of the wider shots the vignetting was a a bit more noticeable than id prefer but now that I have a project under my belt with the lens I will plan my shots with that in mind.

That said for the price this lens is great and gives me the feel that I am after and I am already planning to purchase more of SLR Magic's line of CINE lenses.

[f/2.8] If you have Olive Oyle caliber arms you best pass on this one but other than that it's a gem. Yeah it's manual focus and no stabilization but it covers the field nicely when I extend it on the monopod for seagull view perspectives. And the gear ring knurls is something every lens needs to incorporate. Makes setting up in a rig so much cleaner.

[1.2 lb] This is a great lens if you're looking to have some fun or working on some type of art project. Because its a manual focus, I wouldn't recommend this for a job where you need things to be sharp and crispy. That's one of the great things about this lens - it often brings about a softer image for photo and video because the focus never seems to be perfect.

[18mm] This lens exceeded my expectations especially for the price. I love the feeling of this heavy lens. The exceptional build quality makes the lens feel durable and versatile. It preformed very well in tight areas like bathrooms and closets. I intend to use it for wide angle rock climbing shots as well! The image quality is crystal clear and the slight warping can be fixed in Lightroom. I didn't notice much of a vignette.

[62 mm] I had falsely read somewhere online that this was a fully automatic lens, it definitely is not, purely manual, but I don't even care. The quality for the price, both the image quality and the build construction and physical quality, are way beyond what I expected. I've bought cheap lenses before and got exactly what I paid for - not here. Image and Video are crisp and clean, focusing is smooth. I knew this was an excellent lens even before I put it on my camera. When I pulled it out of the box and found that it was HEAVY and solid, I wasn't worried about lens elements being out of alignment or imperfect. Other reviews call out noticeable vignetting when using the lens, but so far that hasn't been my experience.
