Its small size belies the power of the IndiPRO Tools 98Wh Micro-Series V-Mount Li-Ion Battery, which can handle power draws of up to 12A. This battery mounts on a standard-sized V-mount battery plate. It's suitable for use on smaller camera bodies and for a variety of applications that benefit from a small footprint that doesn't sacrifice performance. You can power smaller cameras for extended run times via the battery's D-Tap output port, using a variety of optional D-Tap adapter cables. The battery's 6.8Ah capacity and 14.8V output are sufficient to power most professional cameras.

In addition to the V-mount power output for powering cameras and lights, this Micro-Series battery features both a D-Tap and a USB power output. The D-Tap output can be used to power a light source, monitor, recorder, or other device on your rig while the USB port gives you a convenient way of charging your smartphone and USB accessories while you shoot. A five-LED gauge displays the battery's remaining power.

A: Currently our manufacturer if doing testing with RED batteries on this charger. As for now we don't believe that this quad charger will properly charge RED batteries. We will inform you once we find out the test results.

A: Yes, these batteries are compatible with the Aputure 300D II. Inserting one battery in the Controller Box will give a maximum output of 50%. Inserting 2 batteries will give a maximum output of 100%.

A: The unit will run at a 60% capacity not giving a end-user a 1:1 ratio output.

Q: 5. Can I use my Switronix V-Mount batteries on this?

A: We have been reassured repeatedly that all V-mount and gold mount batteries have the same standards as to battery charging and chargers. However, proprietary features may or may not function such as with the display of power remaining. Also note: while highly unlikely there is to be a problem, warranties may not be honored. Proceed with that knowledge.

A: The The Micro Series 98wh Batteries do have some charge when they are sent from Indipro. Typically the batteries are about 40% charged when sent out. However, if you contact B&H by phone our Sales Team can place a Custom Drop Ship order for a discharged battery kit. Please note that this may take slightly longer to arrive if the batteries, and charger are not in stock at indipro. Also, if you have a camera with a V-Mount you could discharge the batteries on your own.

[12 A] I purchased two of these and the two bank charger as a kit when I bought my camera. When I needed to add a third battery this was the natural choice. It is lightweight, compact, and reliable. The batteries charge in a little under three hours and last about the same amount of time in my camera. No problems at all. 5

[12 A] Probably the single best investment I have made in terms of my camera rig. Before investing in this battery and the IndiPRO battery adapter I was powering my a6500 via an NPF970 battery from my SmallHD Focus. The NPF970's are almost too large to use comfortably on the Focus, and in order to power my rig for long shooting days I needed at least 3 or 4. I only had one duel NPF charger so having to charge all 4 batteries was just another unnecessary stressor before a shoot. This v-mount gives me way more than enough juice to power both my a6500 (via the dummy battery on the v-mount plate) and my Focus (via a d-tap to dummy NPF battery) for 8+ hours. On top of that, if my phone battery starts getting low, I can charge it via the USB outlet on the v-mount. Kill three birds with one stone! 5

[1.85 lb] I use these batteries with the BMPCC4K, before I picked up the camera I wasn’t sure which company to go for when it came to battery solutions. I ran into them at NAB 2019, and thank God I did. I get 10 hours+ with my pocket 4K. I recorded just the other day for 4 hours continuously. The charger is small enough to fit into the top of a standard camera backpack. With the batteries able to go on planes, three of them covers all my needs. Highly recommend. 5
