A: These gloves are a snug fit. I a was borderline L to XL (ie top end of L (large) but bottom end of XL) on the Valleret website... chose XL and the XL is a snug fit. As a borderline size fit between L-XL I was very glad I went with the next size up as I don't think I would be happy with the L ..I think the L would have been too tight fitting. The internal padding in these gloves make for a snug fit.

Q: 5. If the Pro is better made and more durable than the Ipsoot (per the Staff response), WHY is the Ipsoot $30 more?

A: Because they have a goat leather exterior and a water repellant DWR coating as well.

A: Hi, and thanks for your question. The Small size is too small. I usually wear small, but for this kind of gloves, small is too small (did my research). The medium size fits just fine. Not too tight, not too loose, I personally love it. Thanks again and Happy New Year!

A: On the size small - it is 6 1/2 from the tip of the middle finger to the top of the wrist.

[0.105 lb] These replaced fingerless gloves I had that were made of similar (same?) materials, but were another brand, and were lost in a flood. The size chart lead me to order XL size, which is quite snug. Hope with some wear they will loosen up some. 5

[50+] Had it for a month under hot, wet and windy conditions. Worked very well, never came off. Happy with the product. The only thought is to have a little velcro strap in the back. Fortunately my hat came with one. 5

[0.105 lb] I purchased the XXL size as I have large hands and didn't want any movement restrictions. This worked perfectly. I used them with hand warmers inside the palm to shoot a football game in 40 degree weather on the day they arrived. My hands stayed warm and I had great control of the camera and lens. (Nikon D5 and 80-400). I could easily adjust settings and make changes without removing the gloves. 5
