A: According to the manufacturer, Adox, they state that the thickness of one polypropylene layer is 70 µm (2.76 mil). One Adofile is made of two layers, so the thickness of the whole file is around 140 µm (5.5 mil). PrintFile's website states that the PrintFile 35-7BXW Negative Pages (package of 100) has a 3 mil (76.2 µm) top sheet and a 1.8 mil (45.72 µm) bottom sheet, so the thickness of the whole file is 4.8 mil (121.92 µm).

While 6x9 cm 120 negative strips are the same height, they would not be the same length as they are longer by design. A: To answer my own question, I purchased the Verbatim DVD sleeves and they are comparable to the thickness of the Memorex. Maybe slightly thinner but hardly noticeable. Verbatim sleeves and Memorex sleeves are both noticeably thicker paper than the Maxell sleeves.
