Add storage capacity to your SKB iSeries 3i-2217 case with the SKB iSeries 3i-2217 Lid Organizer & Laptop Holderfrom SKB. The lid organizer features two laminated, zippered, clear-mesh pockets. This organizer also has two zippered pouch-style pockets. Behind the pockets is a polyester-lined, top-loading pocket for your iPad or up to 15" laptop. A: The SKB Think Tank-Designed Lid Organizer/Laptop Holder for SKB iSeries 3i-2011-7 & 3i-2011-8 was not designed for the Nanuk 935 case, but it would fit inside it.

Q: 5. Will this lid organiser fit the Pelican Air 1535?

A: It will be snug, but you can probably force it. The organizer has the dimensions of 20.2 x 11.4 x 1.0 and the case is 20.39 x 11.2 x 7.21. So the height will be .2 short in the air case. The divider's material is a nylon covered soft plastic, so it will bend, and the less than 1/4 could easily be within the manufacturer's tolerances.

Q: 6. Will this case be tall enough to hold a Nikon D850 with the MB-D18 attached along with a lens?

A: Yes, indeed. No problem at all.

A: I'll just go ahead and answer my own question in case anyone else is wondering - yes, it fits! Just a tiny bit of squish-age action (maybe an 1/8th of an inch), but it fits and it works!

Q: 9. is there a top foam or it is completely empty?? what if you didn't care about divider and wanted top foam? i guess insert your own?

A: Yes, I have the 1510 and purchased this same item. Its a tight fit but it fits!

[2.55 lb] Its actually too big for what I need it for. The sections are way to big for a normal lens. It would be perfect (for me) if it had three diagonal dividers. I contacted Think Tank and SKB but they do not offer one for sale. May try to find someone local that sews and see if they can make me one. Other than that it is an incredible case and is extremely well made. 5

[Polyester] What can I say, this hard case is fantastic for safely and securely storing and transporting your gear. The case is large, and can store a ton of gear. In mine I have: Nikon 300/2.8 VR, Nikon 70-200 VR II, 2 D500's with battery grips, Nikon 17-55/2.8, Tamron 10-24 G2, Sigma ART 35mm, Nikon 1.4x TC III, Olympus OMD E-M1 II, Panasonic Leica 15/1.7, Olympus 25/1.2 PRO, Olympus 45/1.2 PRO, Olympus 75/1.8, Panasonic Leica 8-18, Olympus 12-100 PRO, Panasonic 100-300 II, and I STILL have space for small knick-knacks. If you have a lot of gear, and want a way to safely and securely store and transport it, this case is fantastic. 5

[2.55 lb] This is a very nice insert, could use some foam padding on the inside that sticks to the case because you have to remove your foam to install it but it does what it's supposed to do. 5

[2.55 lb] This lid/laptop organizer is a great addition to the pelican 1510 case. I am able to put my Sony FS5, lenses, batteries, hard drives and MacBook Air all in one case for production in the go. 5

[Zipper] This is the best camera case for your buck. There isn't anything not to like. You can fit 2 camera bodies and 5 lenses along with your laptop and accessories. 5

[Zipper] I bought this case for housing my bodies and lenses more than for traveling. It's dust and waterproof and built like a tank. That's what I wanted - a vault to protect my gear from dust, spills, etc. It's deeper than the less-pricey models from SKB and quite heavy. But it has wheels and a handle for ease of moving. This model has movable dividers for easy customization. Four double-click latches secure the lid, which can be secured with a third-party lock. This case is substantial -more so than I expected. But I am thoroughly happy with it. 5
