A: This Q&A section does ask users to respond. Unfortunately, they have not for this item at this time. We will say that users are satisfied owing to the number we are selling. Look online for videos and to the PROAIM website for even more information.

Q: 2. Does this come with the charger ?

A: Yes, it comes with a charger.

Q: 3. I thought the Rhino Arc II was standard with the focus control? Where is it?

A: Rhino lists the motorized follow focus, which is called RHINO FOCUS, as optional. It is not included.

Q: 4. Can this pan 360 degrees continuously or once it makes a full revolution does it need to rotate back. It appears the cables run through the center of the frame. Is there enough room in that opening to fit a small zoom control cable?

A: Yes. It can be mounted vertically or underslung. The Head will pan and tilt through 360°, and this enables the camera to point directly upwards or downwards when required.

Q: 5. Any idea how to control Zoom and Focus using this head?

A: As far as we are aware, the controls on the Proaim Jr Pan/Tilt Head are for the pan and tilt head exclusively, and do not interface with the camera or control it. I believe the easiest way to control your camera's zoom/focus while it is on a crane or jib would be a wireless follow focus system.

Q: 6. Can I mount this on an iFootage M1-III Mini Crane Jib Arm (BH #IFM1III MFR #M1 III)?

A: Yes you can.

Q: 7. Has anyone used this Arc II with a different slider than the Rhino and able to use all functionalities successfully?

A: This is only designed to be used with Rhino Slider systems.

A: No, the Jr Pan/Tilt Head will not come with the Proaim Power Pack. It will come with a standard power supply and an Worldwide Power Converter.

Q: 9. Does this work with the Proaim Alphabet 21' Jib/Crane Arm?

A: Yes, The Proaim Jr Pan/Tilt Head with Joystick Control (12 VDC) would be compatible with the ProAim Alphabet Jib models.

A: The Rhino Camera Gear ARC II 4-Axis Motorized Pan/Tilt Head. This item BH #RHA24AMH • MFR #SKU205 is powered through and internal batter that can be charged when not in use.

[15 in] Our club purchased this to record woodturning demonstrations, and it was an upgrade over our stationary tripod. It works even better than we imagined. We're able to move the camera right over the action, and back out again to view the audience or for a wide angle of the demonstration. This is professional-grade equipment...excellent quality materials with superb machining. Very smooth action and highly adjustable. It was an expensive purchase, but I think well worth it for the improvements in our productions. 5

[Camera pan/tilt] Lightweight and easily attaches to my monopod. Yet, it's sturdy and makes it so much more comfortable to handle my 600mm prime lens. So much better than hand-holding that big lens when a tripod is not an option. 5

[25.13 lbs] After being subjected to direct sunlight, over time the original dome tends to yellow making the video quality not as good as it was originally. Replacing the dome with this new one will restore that original factory quality to your video stream 5

[22.2 in] Purchased this Head to use with my 70-200mm 2.8l is Lens. Used this for sports photography. Head performed beautifully on my monopod. Also works extremely well on Tripods. It features a panning top portion so I may use this with other arca compatible systems that may not be oriented correctly like advanced flash brackets or nodal rails. Weigh's more than a pound. It's a Tripod Head & Monopod Tilt Head all in one. Highly recommended. 5

[9 in] I've owned the same jib for 14 years and went through 3 different heads. I mainly use it for commercial production. This is by far the best head I've bought. Ironically the least expensive as well. It currently holds a Ursa Mini 4.6 with batteries, mics and various lenses. All moves are very smooth with tapered endings. Very little backlash for geared motors. I give it two thumbs up! 5

[25.13 lbs] This is really a great design and very well made. The adjustment knob was too tight out of the box and it seemed like I would have to return it. Glad I didn't! A padded Channel Lock pliers got it loose and after that all was great! I little turn on the knob permits tilt and pan and a larger turn releases the side to side movement like a Ball Head. So if you don't want total freedom like a ball head, you just loosen the knob a little and you can tilt forward and back and of course rotate to pan as well. My new favorite tripod head! 5
