Q: 1. Can these be charged on a Core SWX GP-2LSJ Charger?

A: Yes

Q: 2. can the d-tap conection use for power other devices or its only for charge the battery?

Q: 3. Are these safe to power a Sony FS7 with the XDCA back?

A: This battery is really meant for select Lights. They may work with the FS7, but it would not be something we'd recommend. It would be much safer to use a kit geared towards using on a camera with a V-Mount plate. https://bhpho.to/2YUeTsR

Q: 4. Do these batteries communicate with the Red DSMC2 cameras? ie can they give accurate time remaining and allow the camera to display that info?

A: Hello Craig, I confirm that our batteries do communicate correctly with RED DSMC2. Pietro

Q: 5. Hello, I have a question about how to power my bmpcc 4k, I am thinking of buying the product but I am afraid of burning my camera. How could I feed it without hurting the bmpcc 4k? Is it necessary to buy a dummy battery to power it?

A: The power cable that is built into the V-mount plate is regulated to send the correct amount of power to the camera therefore it will not damage the Pocket Cinema 4K. A dummy battery is unnecessary with this kit.

Q: 6. Is this battery adequate to power the Z Cam E2 ?

A: Yes, this battery would be a great choice to power the Z Cam E2.

Q: 7. How many aprox minutes do you get shooting with a Red Gemini?

A: See my specific answers in the reviews. I am both Daniel and MistaToad. One of those comments was from the older v-mount version. I got 1hr45min with several peripherals. Can't remember if it was v-mount or gold mount, I have 6 of each. (Other note: I said something of certain v-mounts not fitting. They made a slight redesign that fits those weird Sonys---I have since had another sony plate not fit them...but only 2 out of my 6 v-mounts.)

Q: 8. Does this battery works for the sony FX6?

A: Yes, you will just need to connect the camera to the battery using this cable: https://www.bhphotovideo.com/c/product/1622259-REG/shape_fx6pc_d_tap_power_cable_for.html

Q: 10. Will this power an Aputure 120dmk2 light?

A: Hello Kenneth, I just had the chance to test the Aputure light and I confirm that it works with the BV095HDmini. The light draws about 160W, and this battery can sustain such load.Hope this helps.Pietro

[3.5 lb] I'll first stay by saying, it's a lot lighter than I thought it was going to be. I'm on of the many BMPCC4K shooters, and I don't feel the suggested battery options were a good fit in my opinion. So I figured I'd give myself a little future proofing with a v-mount baseplate (I went with the Tilta). Attaching the battery feels secure, the weight is refreshingly light and I have yet to go down a bar in the battery check lights. I went with the 130 due to price and plans of powering more than one thing at a time. Reviews convinced me, and now I'll add to them with another positive review.

[3.5 lb] Two of these will power my Nanlite Forza 300 at 50-66% for an entire 8-hour day. No other comments needed.

[3.5 lb] I recently purchased this charger with the intention of finding a faster and more convenient solution for charging my gold mount batteries while on the go. I must say, I am thoroughly impressed with the performance and affordability of this charger.

One of the standout features of this charger is its ability to provide fast charging for gold mount batteries. This has been a game-changer for me, as it significantly reduces the waiting time for my batteries to reach full charge. With the fast charging capability, I can quickly replenish the power of my batteries and get back to shooting without unnecessary delays. This feature alone has greatly improved my efficiency on set and made my workflow much smoother.

In addition to its impressive performance, the price of this charger is remarkably reasonable.

[D-Tap] I've successfully powered up my Aputure 300x to 100% without issue. These are considerably cheaper than the top-tier battery brands and time will tell how well they hold up, real world run times, etc. but if you're looking for an affordable alternative to power your Aputure lights, these will work.

[V-Mount] Let's face it... V-Mount batteries, adapters and accessories are the most stable, powerful and reliable source of power. They will power our cameras, monitors, and especially lighting when working in the field and they can be quite an investment. They are not cheap.

With that said, why would you go cheap on a charger? It's just common sense. 5 batteries can cost over a thousand dollars, and using cheap D-Tap changers, not only the overheat in extrames, some reaching 200.F, you can't touch the enclosure!! Plus, they don't have the sophistication and stability and proper current as a professional V-Mount charger does. It's good for your battery and it will ensure the longest life based on the proper conditioned rate / voltage they offer.

I previously own a Watson Dual Charger but this thing is my dream charger. Not only it will charger 4 batteries simultaneously, but, cosmetically, it is BEAUTIFUL! It's all made of METAL, and that spring loaded handle feels good to lift.

It also has a separate circuitry, separating the charging and the DC output. The bright charging status LEDs, you can't miss it. It shows when your batteries are done from a great distance. Red obviously means its charged, and green as ready.

Charging 4 Watson Pro Cine High-Load Gold Mount 150 watt-hour Battery takes less than 3 hours, 47 minutes and the unit remains cool, and SO DO THE BATTERIES! Now try that with a D-Tap charger...

Charging a Watson 50 watt-hour Micro V-Mount battery takes 1 hour, 27 minutes.

I also found the perfect soft bag online that almost looks like it was made for this charger. Search for Neewer NW-140-S (see pictures)

I can't be happier of more impressed with this charger. My dream charger :)

[130 Wh] Picked up this charger mainly because its $160 with EDU discount which is crazy.
Charges pretty fast & simultaneously! (5A with 1 or 2.5A each with 2).
Its small enough to fit in with other gear if needed and not too heavy. The handle is a nice touch although removing it would probably save a decent amount of space for travel.

[D-Tap] I picked up two of these batteries a month ago for a wedding livestream. Once at the wedding, the photographer noticed our setup and asked why I didn't just run an extension cable into the wall. Aside from the obvious reason of not wanting anyone to trip on the cable, I made the remark If this whole venue were to lose power, I will still be able to livestream.” Ladies and gentlemen... guess what happened.

For a solid 15 minutes, the entire venue was out of power. While the DJ and photographers were wondering what was going on, my team and I didn't skip a beat, and were able to continue the stream through the outage.

On a technical note: I was able to power the Hollyland Mars 400S Pro receiver, an ATEM Mini Pro, a Blackmagic Pocket 6K and my MacBook Pro 15” off of a single one of these 270w batteries for roughly an hour and a half. With two of these batteries and a charger, I was able to swap and maintain the livestream for the full seven hours.
