The black Lumens VC-B30U 2MP PTZ Camera Blackis designed to support video at resolutions up to 1920 x 1080p at 60 fps. It features a 12 x optical zoom with a 3.92-47.32mm varifocal lens, f/1.8-2.8 aperture, 74° horizontal and 82° diagonal viewing angle, -100 to 100° pan, and a -30 to 30° tilt. It offers USB 3.0 and HDMI video outputs. The Lumens Control Software (free download) can be used to control the camera without a joystick controller.

This plug-and-play camera uses standard UVC drivers and is compatible with Windows, Linux, MacOS, and Chrome OS. The VC-B30U camera has one USB interface that can work with the video conferencing software and one HDMI that can be used to output video to a second display. A remote control, power cord, power adapter, USB 3.0 cable, and HDMI cable are included.

Q: 1. Hi, this works for the OBSBOT Tail AIR?

A: According to OBSBOT the OBSBOT Tail Air AI-Powered PTZ Streaming Camera, BH #OBOWBTAAIPTZ, does work with VISCA controls over LAN. The Lumens VS-KB21 IP/NDI PTZ Camera Controller does offer VISCA over LAN, meaning they should be compatible.

Q: 2. Hi, i'd love answers to four questions. Is this an infra red remote control? Does it come with the ir receiver if it is? Is it rs 485? Can it open the on screen menu for a camera?

A: This is a IR remote control. That actually is a picture of our remote that comes with our Lecture Capture LC102 device. Although it will control our PTZ cameras, we have a PTZ remote control that will have more functionality including opening camera controls. I'm going to assume that B&H simply imported the wrong image to go with the description. It doesn't come with a receiver. Not sure of the RS 485 question. Let me know of any other questions. A: no unfortunately at the moment there isn't an NDI version of the 30x camera

Q: 4. hi is it compatible with huawei vpc 600?

A: We can only say that the Lumens Remote Control for All PTZ Video Cameras would work with Lumens PTZ cameras. However, If the Huawei VPC 600 is a duplicate camera to the Lumens models the remote supports, it should work.

Q: 5. Does this operate the Panasonic AW UE 70 PTZ?

A: The Panasonic AW UE 70 PTZ is not included in the product's compatibility list and oftentimes, Panasonic products are very specific to branded protocols.

Q: 6. dose the controller support the SUNKWANG SK-P ptz protocol?

A: No, the Lumens VC-A71P 4K60 IP PTZ Camera with 30x Optical Zoom (White), B&H # LUVCA71PW, does not support NDI. For NDI support you would need the Lumens VC-A71PN 4K60 NDI|HX/HDMI PTZ Camera with 30x Optical Zoom (White), B&H # LUVCA71PNW.

Q: 8. Does it have battery backup

A: There is no built-n batter or ability to run from a battery: AC Input Power 100 to 240 VAC, 50 / 60 Hz only.

A: The VS-K20 joystick controls any of the Lumens PTZ cameras.

[5.9 lb] [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This camera is unique in that it has a PTZ mechanism that pans, tilts, and zooms to make sure it gets the perfect picture. It is portable, lightweight and compact so that it is easy to take with you wherever you go. It's my "goto" for family gatherings and parties. It has built in wifi that allows it to be connected to your phone if you wish. I would recommend this to everyone. 5

[12x] The camera is doing a great job with live-streaming our church service. We did have to down scale it for our provider but in time technology will improve in their end. The camera does not have any image stabilization so if you are zoomed in over a long range someone walking by will create a slight tremble in the image if you don’t have it mounted on something to absorb the shock. We are covering a distance of about 65 feet and it produces a great image for us. 5

[12x] Tracking various people, it makes videoing your family parties a cinch! There was no zooming in for me on my first time using it for Christmas but I am pretty sure the camera can be set to also zoom in on faces. 5

[50 dB] If you've never worked with Axis cameras, this one will blow your mind! I can see a ladder in the bushes at 2800ft. I can see a tree outlined perfectly on the horizon at over 6 miles! The night vision is incredible, like nothing I've ever seen in any home system. PTZ movement is accurate and fast... just click where you want it to move to and it centers on that point instantly. This is a next level camera. What can you expect from the company that invented the IP camera system? No subscription, the Companion app is free and easy to use. Network setup was simple and when I placed it on another network, I did not lose connectivity or have to change a thing. It comes with quite a few free Axis apps for different uses. Easy enough to understand by simply exploring the software. I felt good about spending my clients money at B&H. My suppliers are a direct reflection of me and my company and I'm glad to have them in my corner. This camera is phase 1 of an ambitious project that will involve funding from state and federal agencies, so it was VERY important that this went smooth... and it did. Thank you B&H and buckle up because when we receive approval, you'll be loading trucks full of product! 5
