The Lumantek ez-LINE VM16 HD 16x16 Matrix Routerfrom Lumantek ez-LINE VM16 HD 16x16 Matrix Routerfeatures 16-input and 16-output ports for SD/HD/3G-SDI. It can be controlled via USB 2.0, RS-422, and Ethernet ports using a communication protocol or via an additional provided software. A: The MatrixPRO product line does not scan or convert any of the input formats. These products only route signals. Therefore, you will have to match input formats to the output device.

A: This system is not expandable beyond this kit.

A: The BZBGear 16x16 4K UHD 18Gb/s HDMI Video Matrix with EDID/Downscaling/CEC doesn't have the option to stretch a single output to all screens.

A: The BZBGEAR 16x16 4K UHD 18Gb/s HDMI Video Matrix with EDID/Downscaling/CEC is compliant up to HDMI 2.0b and can handle 2.0a as well.

A: The XD44L does not have an HDMI interface. There are a few ways we could do this. If you found, and I'm not sure they exist, a HDMI/SFP transceiver you could use our MSC-FS44FL. [4.4 lb / 2 kg] Got this instead of the Gefen HDMI/VGA to 3G-SDI Scaler/Converter, as this Lumantek was enough from a feature set, and with the dipswitches, all adjustable on the device without software or screens. Simple, solid, and reliable. In one shoot, it even brought through a more accurate color rendering than the TVs and Projectors, showing our presenting laptop had a yellow night time screen mode on. Once we disabled that feature on the PC, this device showed our footage as pure white again. Wouldve been noticed on the stream, but not in the room. Nice. 5

[4.4 lb / 2 kg] This device cost more than a standard HDMI to SDI converter. However, believe me, it is worth it. This little device saved the day when we went live. We used it with the Sony Anycast 750 and it was able to set the correct format from our Canon cameras. Before we got this little scaler, the cameras would not even show on the board. We are IT folks and the only video we did before this was using webcams. So anything that makes out lives easier is very welcome. The built-in screen makes it easy to see that the camera is still on when the LCD screen on the times out. 5

[4.4 lb / 2 kg] Nice converter, but is overkill with screen. It's nice to have, but is a little useless, it's not like watching T.V. being able to convert to other siganls is usefull, although I rarely use anything less than 1080p. 5
