The Eminence KAPPA 12A Mid-Bass Loudspeaker Driver is designed to install into custom made or prefabricated speaker cabinets, that will accommodate a 12" (304.8mm) diameter mid-range driver.

The speaker will deliver up to 900W of power at 8 ohms and will adequately reproduce vocals, live musical performances, recorded music and other audio signals in professional sound reinforcement applications. Some of the many applications include sound reinforcement speakers for DJs, musicians, venues and nightclubs, stage monitors, and much more.

A: The Yamaha DBR speakers, including the DBR12- 12" 2-Way Powered Loudspeaker, all have an XLR output on the back. You can daisy chain from the output of one speaker to the input of another, but each speaker will need connection to an outlet for power. There is no limit to how many speakers can be connected in this way, but this might not be the most practical solution to distribute sound to many speakers over a large area.

A: Good question. I believe there a few different ways to accomplish this install to be compatible with a wireless remote switch. You would have to do some research on that however. One way I know of is using a pico wireless remote and a Lutron PowPak RMJ-5R-DV-B. They are compatible together. The pico can be used as a portable remote device or it can be installed using a wall adapter. The powpak could be mounted right o. The side of a junction box or it could probably fit inside of the recording light fixture. There's plenty of room inside. I believe there's a 30' range on these devices. That's just one quick way of doing it for about $150-$200.
