This natural white, 340 gsm and 20.5 mil thick poly-cotton canvas is compatible with pigmented and dye inkjet systems and is intended for use with photographic and fine art reproduction complying with archival standards. It offers a whiteness of 87% and an opacity of 98%, with no optical brightening agents added. Drying nearly instantly, its satin finish does not require varnishing after printing which makes for a simpler process. This paper comes supplied on a 2" core.

A: Yes, the Hahnemuhle Canvas Metallic (60" x 39' Roll) will fit the Canon imagePROGRAF Pro-6100 Printer.

Q: 5. This looks intriguing. Is it special purpose paper? One review mentions an adhesive. What are the prints meant to be attached to? Thanks.

A: It's the same as the full sized paper sheets or rolls. The only thing is due to the thickness of this paper & small size,, you might have to manual feed it in the larger printers (those that take up to 13x19 & above). Being so the manual feed won't recognize the 4x6 therefore you need to mount iton a larger paper. Please note this paper wont fit into the small all in one photo printers due to its thickness.

Q: 6. Will putting prints from this canvas in "Clear Bags' print storage bags (archival acid free, etc.) damage the print and ink?

A: Storing prints on the Hahnemuhle Cézanne Canvas Matte Fine Art Paper in archival storage bags will not damage the ink or the prints.

Q: 7. What is the mil of this fine art paper?

A: It is about 19mil.

Q: 8. Is there a fading problem, even after I varnish it properly ?...can I use for Fine Art ?

A: Not sure what the term Tactile Surface Texture means 'though I suspect it's little more than a marketing term. Please note, I haven't printed on this product yet but I can say Daguerre Canvas is an actual canvas material and when compared to the Epson's Exhibition Canvas Matte (uses Matte Ink on Stylus Photo 3800), the weave of the Daguerre Canvas is slightly finer and flatter 'though they're essentially the same whiteness.This forum prevents me from attaching links to Hahnemuhle so I recommend you go to their site where you can get a further information.

[7.2 lb] This canvas prints beautifully! I use the Hahnemuhle profile for Monet canvas, since there isn't one for Cezanne, on my Epson SCP-800. I re-roll in the opposite direction, let it sit for a couple days, trim to the size I need, and feed it through one at a time. I use a #2 heavy duty Xacto blade, changed often to get clean cuts when I trim. I was amazed how well it prints. I varnish with Hahnemuhle matte varnish, and the end product is very sturdy and doesn't mar at all. Durable enough for short term outdoor installations! See the pic and more at www.andiethrams.com 5

[Single] This paper has a particular luster sheen and a great physicality. I highly recommend it for fine art prints. However, note that it is extremely thick. 5

[Single] I am impressed by this durability of this paper and how nicely it renders blacks. I am using this without any glazing, and it looks great. For the cost, it is a wonderful option and it looks professional. 5

[340 gsm] I print on an Epson P5000 and was quite disappointed with my previous paper; this motivated my to seek a solution: and it is this Hahnemuhle Fineart Pearl....the colors, blacks and color gamut are all I could hope for. Hence it's my Go To Best Regards, Alex, a landscape photographer 5

[1x Paper Roll] Use for printing limited-edition fine art photos for sale and display. Unless I use a matte surface paper, this is the one for me. Archival, great depth of tonality from the luster finish, pearl surface does not impair rendering of details. People frequently comment on the surface. 5

[Luster] Inkjet printing brilliant color landscape or macro, Hahnemuhle quality is unexcelled. This paper is not as pearlescent as expected, therefore, I suggest purchasing sample paper if available from Hanemuhle. 5

[1x Paper Roll] I started using this paper about 4 years ago. I was looking for something with a surface similar to glossy fiber B&W. I tried several papers at the time and some had a slightly better feel for my surface needs, didn't have a base color that I liked. This paper has a very neutral base color and profiles well (I print on an IPF6400). The only complaint I have is that non-printed areas are easy to pick up marks. There are other papers I'd like to try, but this is my dialed in go to when I need to make a gallery print. 5
