A: The Angenieux Hood with Cap for Type EZ Zoom Lenses would not be compatible with a Canon 17-120mm.

Q: 2. I own Panasonic EVA-1 PL mount. Any Problems w/ EZ Zooms w/ PL Mount on EVA-1?

A: These lenses cover up to a full frame sensor. If you have an EVA1 modified with a PL Mount, using B&H # WO255400, you should be able to use these lenses with the camera.

Q: 3. Tilta v mount to Npf

A: The Angenieux EZ-1 and EZ-2 Lenses do not interact with Tilta V Mount to NPF products.

Q: 4. Will this work for the Optimo Style lenses as well?

A: The Angenieux EF-Mount for EZ-1/-2/-3 Zooms is only designed to be used with the Angenieux EZ series of lenses and would not be compatible with Optimo lenses. A: This kit comes with a single MSU-1 Unit.

A: No the Angenieux EZ Zoom do not have pin cushion distortion

Q: 9. What's the difference between the 3-axis and the 1-axis lens?

A: That difference is the included Servo. The 3 Axis kit has a 3 Motor Servo while the 1 Axis kit has a Servo with a Single Motor.

Q: 10. Are the Full Frame Optic Adaptors matched to each Lens?

A: Yes they are. The EZ-1 lens has an EZ-1 Zoom Full-Frame Rear Lens-Group, while the EZ-2 has it's own Full-Frame Rear Lens-Group.

[Handle] It's not exactly Optimo quality but still a gorgeous lens by Angenieux. Covers a good range, has excellent optics, and incredibly fast (T2!). Not too heavy for hand held... And with the replaceable back (to fit full frame) and PL mount it should have a very long life. I own both the EZ1 and EZ2 and together they make a perfect kit. 5

[Handle] I bought an EZ-2 15-40 at the same time I bought the much more expensive 19.5-94mm Optimo zoom and I was able to test it alongside my Zeiss CP primes / and Zeiss 21-100 zoom. The EZ-2 was every bit as sharp as the Optimo, but the Optimo did have a smoother, silkier look. But, surprisingly, not all THAT much. I'd put it right in between the Optimo and the Zeiss CP lenses as far as having the Angenieux look. But for 1/5 of the cost of the Optimo, I was amazed how good this lens looked. Love it. Light weight and, at T2.0 - very fast. Most impressive. 5

[Handle] Having a parfocal T2 zoom with no breathing, ability to swap out the rear element to cover VistaVision sensors...this practically lives on our RED Helium. Just be sure to get the FF rear element at time of purchase, as you cannot buy it later on. 5

[Latch] There's a reason you see so many of these on RED's - FF/S35 coverage, interchangeable lens mounts, not crazy heavy and a T2! Leaves nothing to be desired for us. 5

[Latch] Incredible value and lenses. I just wish they had custom clear filters designed so the lens cap could work with it on. As it is now, you have to either take the filter off or put it pack in the case without a lens cap. 5
