Q: 1. Does anyone know the ideal storage temperature and humidity for this paper? We have problems with paper curling during the winter months.

A: My basement darkroom has a temperature of 68-70 degrees. Not humid or dry. No curl experienced on any paper.

Q: 2. 240 GSM turns out to be about 100lb cover weight - which is pretty thick! Is that with the adhesive backing on it? What's the weight without the adhesive backing?

A: The 240 GSM is with the adhesive backing. The manufacturers has not provided that weight with out.

Q: 3. Is there a logo on the back of the paper?

A: Inkpress Media RC Glossy Paper does not contain a logo on the back of the paper.

Q: 4. Is there an ICC profile for this paper?

A: I use it with the Canon Pro 9000 printer and I choose media type: Photo Paper Plus Glossy II, print quality: High and this paper works better and a lot less expensive than the Canon paper. It prints beautiful photos. I printed a few media type choices to find the right fit but I did not have or need a ICC Profile.

Q: 5. There is any label or writing on the back of the paper? Or its blank, plain paper?

A: The back of the paper does not have any watermarks. It is plain.

Q: 6. Can i use this with a canon inkjet printer? Specifically pica ix8620

A: I use it on another Canon inkjet printer, and like the paper. However, it doesn't have its own ICC paper profile which I think is important to get a more accurate photo print.

A: The beauty of this paper (besides the fact that Inkpress is the only company I know of that makes 8 X 12 size) is that if you use a Canon Pixma printer, you can use the profiles that come with the printer. Inkpress explains this on its website, and states that the profile for this paper is the same as for Canon Photo Paper Plus Semi-Gloss (II). I can't use links to other sites, according to B&H, so go to Inkpress' website and go to the page concerning Luster paper.

Q: 9. Is this paper will work well with the Canon Pixma Pro 100?

A: I use this paper with an Epson R3000 and have used it with the R1900 as well. Both are high end printers and this paper performs very well. I'm sure with the Canon it will work just was well. It is an excellent paper that meets high standards and will not need any special download profiles to match the basic high gloss paper setting.

Q: 10. Hello, What ICC setting would I use for the new P900 printer?

A: There is not an updated Epson P900 ICC profile for this paper. We suggest using the Epson Luster ICC profile.
