A: Yes, All Hikvision sold at B & H is. This is my second NVR since last year. Be sure you plan for TOTAL input BANDWIDTH. While it does support 16 cameras I have eight and used 139Mbps of 160Mbps. So in my case it supports 9 unless I lower the camera settings to less than 16384Kbps.

A: If you are accessing through Hik-Connect it will take a little bit longer to get the feed up. If you want to speed it up a little you can either use your public ip with the iVMS-4200 application or even setting up your own DDNS to use with it. When you are on the local network then you can use the internal IP address to access the system.
