A word of warning, however! This might get extremely hot after prolonged use so avoid touching it with your bare hands

I mainly use this grid on my profoto b1 as a hair light or head shot rim light. It does a good job of keeping the light directional and helps to prevent getting any lens flare from spilled light. 5

Use this with the barndoor, it sits flimsy but thats the barndoor design flaw. the grid is deeper than my other grid. feels strong too 5
