[328 ft] It only works with 1080p, but it is an excelent product, the audio and video have the same quality as the original. One Tx can support 8 Rx, so this is very helpfully. 5

[104 °F] I have two systems running off of these in two different applications. One is as a straight 1to 1 extender, and the other is 1 Tx to 4 Rx through a standard switch. Both run 1080p with varying lengths of cable (50-125’). All devices have worked flawlessly since install. 2 years and one year respectively. 5

[5.5 in] I will be using multiple ST12MHDLAN units to distribute video for a large gymnastics meet. The ST12MHDLAN units will have 2 roles: role 1. Distribute video based scoreboard streams from 3 scoring computers ( running ProScore v5 ) to 3 projector based "scoreboards" ( in this mode each TX-RX pair operates independently 1-to-1 ) role 2. At the start of each session , distribute a video based presentation to all 3 projectors. (in this mode 1 TX unit streams ( multi-cast ) to 3 RX units 1-to-3 ) Switching between the 2 roles is done via a simple StarTech Chrome app. (a few mouse clicks) Combined with NetGear S350 smart-switches ( which have VLAN and IGMP support), the ST12MHDLAN will allow me to distribute both video data and score input data over a single LAN ( single set of cables). In previous years I had a scoring "data" LAN and a separate analog ( VGA extender based) video distribution setup. The new solution will greatly reduce the amount of cabling and the amount of work needed to tape down cabling. I have performed extensive testing .... solution works great in my "test lab" ... and is ready for "production". ( The meet is in January ... I will try to remember to update this review after the meet ) 5

[1.8 lb] I was nervous about purchasing a used device but there review of it was that it was excellent condition. It arrived quickly, looked bran new and in original packing and box. [External] This is the second receiver I have on their own network. Worked fine. Just plug up an ethernet switch and let the units talk to each other. No router needed for me. Might be buying another one of these critters to hookup to tvs. 5
