The digital camo PortaBrace TLQ-46XTOR/DIGI Tripod/Light Case Wheels Digital Camois made from 1000-denier Cordura nylon and was designed to carry light stands and a 2-3 head lighting outfit, or a tripod up to 45.5" long with head and accessories. The case has a padded interior and a wide-mouth opening for easy access to your equipment, and off-road wheels that roll smoothly over almost any surface. The durable solid-steel wheel system allows the wheels to be quickly removed for snag-free shipping and air travel. Interior reinforcing bars keep it rigid and you can keep light heads and stands assembled within the case for quick setup and use.

The TLQ case has exterior and interior pockets for accessories. It also features a red strap to tie down tripods or stands and a rigid foam-padded bottom for protection. The case has suede-covered handles for carrying ease.

A: Yes, the tripod will fit but you will need to take off the Pan Handle from the head.

Q: 7. How thick is the padding? Can this be used for an airport check in?

A: Based on years of airline travel with camera and lighting equipment, we cannot recommend any bag for airline checked baggage. Please consider hard cases.

Q: 8. 2 part- do the dimensions fall under the 62 inches for checked bags and would I be able to fit 2 tripod (40 & 35 inches) and 2 light stands?

A: Yes, the exterior dimensions would add up below a 62 inch limit.

Q: 9. How many regular light stands could this carry?

A: We currently use 3 heavy-duty Avenger light stands in there, with plenty of room to spare. I think you could easily get 2 more of these large stands in with no problem. If you're talking about smaller, thinner stands, I'd estimate 7-8 or more. My one piece of advice would be to get the version of this bag with wheels. We did not and it can get pretty heavy and bulky real quick.

[Universal] I use this bag to carry my second Panasonic prosumer camera. It doesn't hold much more than the camera and charger, but it's Porta Brace so you know it's solid and will last forever. Comes with a beatiful shoulder strap. Highly recommended. 5

[Zipper] this case it tough and when I say biker tough, that's not your average weekend warrior. The handles are pure leather and the accents scream BACK OFF AND LET ME FILM. keeps my investment safe and with a fully customizable bed, I can even use this for any of my cameras or other toys. 5

[Yes] This is a great bag! Not only is it professional, but it also looks the part if you're filming events and what-not. Most of my equipment fits in it ( camera, on cam light, wide angle lens, rechargeable batteries and battery charger, on cam mic, mini dv's, lens cleaners, etc). Its a lot spacier than you think, even with a good idea of the dimensions. I doubt you'll find a use for every single pocket. The padding is thick and sturdy and I feel very safe with my equipment in it. 5

[Zipper] This case is well made, durable, and is reasonably priced compared to other bags the same size. It's waterproof and a quality product! I especially like the cradle case inside the bag that can be readjusted and set to cradle your camcorder, so it doesn't slide around. 5
